I've stayed at this same place once or twice previously, though in a different room. The staff is helpful, the location is convenient, and parking is easy. It's also a good value.

Water never got hot enough
The room is small and modest, but perfectly adequate for short trips. On top of that, in a well-connected location
It's a shame there's no washing machine
The location of the apartment was great for me, right next to the "subway". It was relatively calm when I was there, and the owners were easy to reach. Also, I had easy instructions to follow to get to the apartment as I needed to check-in outside the regular hours. I was very pleased overall.
It was as I needed. The wifi was working only in the entrance and not in the bedroom. Also, there was a slight problem with the air conditionner, a problem that was solved within the day. Other than that, I am happy with the experience. I would go again if I needed an apartment for a few days.
