Conveniently located and well maintained properties. Excellent choice for families and corporates.
Pros:

Located near MIT so was a convenient choice.
Restaurants and swiggy delivery are available making it very convenient.
Near by auto stops are good option too.

Cons:

Pricing for repeat guests should have some discounts like 25%.

Pros:

Manipal Atalia is a great place to stay. The room size is very big, and the facilities are nice. The location has good proximity to all places to visit nearby. The place is kept very clean and the staff is courteous and professional.

Cons:

They don't have their inhouse dining. But that's not a deal breaker since you can order through Swiggy/zomato etc. Lots of places nearby to eat out as well.

Repeated breakfast on 3 days. Not upto the mark on Breakfast choices. Location was good.

December 25 to 27th, my room AC wasn't working and only on 28th , it was fixed up and working.
