Superb
Pros:

Very good, spacious, and wonderful view of the mountain. Kalin is a very nice host. Thank you a lot for the hospitality. Furniture's isn't new but is comfortable, and we had everything we needed.
The location is perfect for exploring the mountains and gondola for ski.

Nice apartment, not so nice owner
Pros:

Its a nice apartment with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The official adress of the apartment complex is different in Google than the actual location. When looking around in the heat and calling the owner (who didn't pick up) it took us about half an hour to find the building.

When we found the building the apartment wasn't ready for half an hour. The owner was only interested in repeatedly arguing that nothing was het fault instead of being understanding and helpful. So this was not a nice experience. When I texted her is the night about two small things, she never even responded.

Very good
Pros:

Very nice,comfortable apartment. Internet connection is perfect. Close to the ski lift.Very good location!

Cons:

It wasn't cleaned and deficit kitchen accessories.

Lovely host and apartment, would recommend 100%
Pros:

Host was lovely and did everything to make sure we were comfortable, safe and happy :). The apartment was great and very good value for money. Clean, comfy and in perfect walking distance to the town and gondola (under 10 min walk). He was available to contact whenever if we had any trouble - not just in the apartment but in Bansko too (which of course we didn't, it was a wonderful stay!) And when we checked out on our final day he gave us a spare room to chill in and leave our stuff in. Lovely, lovely hosts and a great apartment!
