Pros:

The only thing that I can apreciate about this place is the staff. They were extreamly kind and helping. It is all because of them that I don't rate this place with the lowest assessement. The location was also fine!

Cons:

All the facilities are old and even broken. Tey need to be replaced if the prices will be this hight! The bas wan uncomfortable. The SPA zone is very small and honestly- not clean!

Локацията е перфектна!

Cons:

Беше мръсно, с амортизирани мебели. В разтегателния диван имаше 70см дупка в която пропадаш. Телевизора стар 22" с кенескоп. Хранатс беше изключително оскъдна. Банята мръсна с подути от влага шкафове и врати, а ваната запушена от топка косми!

Poor experience! I would not repeat.
Pros:

The only good thing is the size of the apartment

Cons:

It is very old, the carpet and the walls are very dirty,
The restaurant is very old and the breakfast was very poor with low quality products.
There is no way to reach the town on photo.
The proximity to Students is close but you can not reach on foot anyway.

Цената е висока за удобствата, които се предлагат.
Pros:

Локацията е добра, на пешеходно разстояние до Студенец.
Персонала беше мил.

Cons:

Стаята и банята не бяха в добро състояние, имат нужда от освежаване.
Банята и вратата и не бяха в добро състояние, имат нужда от ремонт.
Няма неща от първа необходимост като сешоар и чехли.
Спалното бельо изглеждаше чисто, но беше на петна.

Pros:

Raportul calitate-pret este foarte bun. Hotelul este aproape de pârtie în sensul că se merge puțin pe jos dar nu se folosește mașina până acolo. Mâncarea este gătită în bucătăria proprie. Personalul de la recepție, cel de la bucătărie precum și personalul de serviciu a fost foarte serviabil și foarte respectuos, tot respectul.

Cons:

Nu este totul perfect dar apreciez efortul reprezentaților hotelului de a reduce nemulțumirile clienților. Noi suntem clienți fideli și venim cu plăcere în fiecare an.

Pros:

Хорошая локация, чистый номер с красивым видом, есть все необходимое, тепло. Завтраки понравились.

Cons:

Парковка. Было место, все нормально, но ничего не чистят и не посыпают. Когда мы уезжали был лед и было трудно выехать.
