Tenham em mente que o edifício está em reforma e que os quartos ainda tem alguns reparos para serem realizados. Mas no mais, o apartamento é bom e estava limpo.

Cons:

Demora no suporte ao cliente por parte do anunciante, quarto com iluminação ruim, área de serviço sem pia, utensílios domésticos insuficientes (1 colher, 1 garfo, 1 faca, 2 copos e 2 pratos), frigobar com porta danificada, espelho quebrado. Quarto com aparência de antigo. Não vale o valor cobrado para diárias.

Do apto, quarto mal iluminado, com ar condicionado antigo e barulhento e porta sacada emperrada. O banheiro é pior ainda: antigo, reformado incorretamente, com sanitário, pia e box com altura reduzida e fora dos padrões (parece banheiro infantil). O vidro quebrado do banheiro e porta emperrada. Descarga sem pressão, nao funciona bem. Um caos. É preciso melhorar muito antes de alugar novamente. Nao recomendo.
