Pontos positivos:
A anfitriã é realmente educada e simpática.
As pessoas que trabalham no prédio são MARAVILHOSAS, todos sem exceção.
Não voltaria a me hospedar neste apartamento, porém retornaria ao prédio em outra unidade, com toda certeza.

Cons:

Minha pior experiência em um estúdio.
O ambiente parece abandonado, com cheiro de mofo. Todo o estúdio aparenta nunca ter passado por reforma — tudo é muito antigo.
Na cozinha faltam vários itens básicos. Há panelas, porém não há fogão, nem mesmo um cooktop elétrico, o que torna o lugar pouco funcional para estadias mais longas.
Infelizmente, a nossa experiência não foi boa nesse apartamento.

Cons:

O flat não oferece o mínimo que seria um papel higiene e os colchões estão bem velhos, a gente deita e fica deitado de cabeça pra pq afunda muito e os pés ficam ora cima
