Pros:

A localização mais que perfeita! Bem em frente à praia do farol da barra, com comércio logo abaixo, de frente para o mar, super confortável e bem arejado, além de um ar condicionado muito bom.

Cons:

O restaurante acima do edifício não tem muitas opções para o cafe da manhã e a comida não estava muito legal. Mas a estadia muito boa!

Excellent location and safe building with plenty of amenities!
Pros:

The location was 10 out of 10! Across from a clean and calm beach, easy to walk to restaurants, stores and Farol da Barra. Very safe neighborhood and the apartment is simple but has everything we needed (kitchen amenities, large studio with 2 beds and a sofa and a complete bathroom). The AC worked well and it saved us from the heat, as we slept very comfortably at night. The building was fantastic, the staff was always helpful (receptionist, cleaners, everyone), and the rooftop pool was quiet and great for after the beach. Having a restaurant at the rooftop was also a plus as we didn't even need to leave the building to have breakfast.

Cons:

I wish the bed wasn't positioned right in front of the AC, as the air got really dry at night with AC on and cold wind blowing right at us. It was nearly impossible to sleep with window open only as it was very hot when we went (December). I wish the bath towels were better quality (they were small and thin), and they could have at least 2 beach towels and beach chairs, which would've been very convenient!
