La ubicación, frente al mar.

Cons:

Varias cosas, no estaba muy bien armado el depto, instalaciones antiguas. Mucho ruido, la pileta no funcionaba porque la estaban reparando (algo que no nos avisaron) y el taladro y herramientas sobre el techo nos molestó desde las 8 am hasta que nos fuimos, insoportable. Poca atención del dueño.

La piscine est toujours en maintenance et vu l'état elle devrait l'être pour longtemps
Nous avons vu 5 cafards dont un dans le placard de la vaisselle !
D'une façon générale, l'appartement aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf, la peinture du plafond s'éfrite par terre au niveau de la fenêtre.

Flat muito bom e bem localizado, super aprovado.
Pros:

O tamanho do quarto é muito bom e tem uma mini cozinha vários utensílios que facilitam muito. Em frete a praia da Barra e muito perto do Farol.
