Muy bien todo nos encanto el lugar e instalaciones. Excelente servicio del personal.

Cons:

Que la piscina cerca de la habitación permanecía cerrada y son ver a nadie trabajando por algún tema de la misma . Cuando nos trasladamos a la otra piscina ( grande) estaba limpieza tuvimos esperar para disfrutar ( recomendaría hacer mantenimiento mas temprano).

Estancia muy agradable a un paso de la playa
Pros:

Apartamento completo con cocina y pequeña sala de estar con TV. Vistas a una de las piscinas y algo más allá el océano. Limpio, con aire acondicionado y con terraza privada en la parte superior, para atardeceres inolvidables. Seguridad 24h, 2 párkings y varias piscinas. A 5-10 minutos caminando está una zona comercial con restaurantes internacionales y una pequeña tienda para comprar lo básico. En 20 minutos de paseo tranquilo se llega al pueblo de Coco. Y por encima de todo, la amabilidad y eficiencia de Sharon, desde el check in estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera una feliz experiencia

Cons:

Para acceder a algunos apartamentos, hay que subir algún tramo de escaleras estrechas. Entiendo que pueda haber gente que no le sea cómodo hacerlo con las maletas en la mano

Great value; great stay.
Pros:

Amazing value! We got a great deal! The pool was good, facilities were very clean and it was nice to have a full kitchen. The staff was very communicative and attentive.

Cons:

The sofa bed was a little small and hard, but it worked. I felt the location listed on booking.com was a bit deceiving as that was the location of the rental office. The actual building was a bit further back from the beach.

Very good except for the third sleeping option. Loved pool and location and space!
Pros:

Pool area, location, reception staff was very friendly and accommodating (stored some luggage and got us into room early). Apartment had good kitchen and space.

Cons:

Only four can sleep in this unit, not 6. We were in apt 30. Everything was actually quite good … until it was time for bed. It said 6 people could sleep in unit - with two on the pull out couch. Upstairs rooms were wonderful for 4 but the pull out bed is horrible…mattress and foam are stained and deformed. Metal bar was terrible so we put mattress on floor to sleep. Only spare sheets were one twin fitted and one double flat sheet so bedding was an issue! No staff to reach in evening so we just had to deal with it. Two 60 years olds slept basically on floor with covers that didn’t cover us. The office staff was VERY nice about it in morning and covered cost of shuttle to airport but we had hoped for reduced price and will be checking with booking.com too. I truly hope someone replaces that pull out couch or at the very least the mattress in it. Otherwise for 4 people it was ideal!

Just a horrible place.
Pros:

Location was close to beach.

Cons:

Place was dirty, dated, very uncomfortable seating and beds were very uncomfortable. We left early after 6 days of two week stay.
