Pros:

Da localização, perto de supermercado/restaurantes e das praias; o pessoal do condomínio foi bem prestativo em nos ajudar em algumas situações; a piscina do condomínio muito boa.

Cons:

Roupa de cama estava com cheiro de que secou na sombra; armários de cozinha com um cheiro forte, tivemos que lavar as louças antes de usar; a casa precisa de umas manutenções, as fotos postadas não condizem com a realidade; ar condicionado de um dos quartos estava pingando.
