Pros:

Можно было заселиться после 12.

Cons:

Очень очень и очень грязно! Ужасный район. В верхнем замке дырка, через него все просматривается и прослушивается. На этаже были ужасные соседи, весь шум гам всю ночь было слышно будто нет ни двери ни стен. Грязь старая, все липкое, лестница на второй уровень держится с божьей помощью, крепления оторваны. На диване внизу куча пятен и разводов. Стол стулья липкие. Плохо все. Не знаю что там хорошо..

Сподобалась система видачі ключів. Все чітко та зрозуміло незважаючи на пізній заїзд.

Cons:

Запах диму від цигарок.
Загальна чистота в приміщеннях.
Якість постільної білизни, ковдр та подушок.
Непрацюючий пульт від телевізора.
