Having the washer and dryer inside my unit was a game changer for my trip. Zero noise at night.
Pros:

Having the washer and dryer inside my unit was the most significant factor for me when choosing this hotel. The hotel also provided washing detergent inside the unit as well (no coins or additional purchases needed). Utilizing the laundry machines every other day during my stay, I was able to bring half the amount of clothes for the trip and have room to bring more souvenirs back. I think I will have more trouble when booking a hotel in the future because this experience spoiled me.

Cons:

A bit nit-picking: I think the owner/employee at the front desk could improve by adding and practicing an English script when interacting with a newly arrived [English speaking] customer. My experience with the front desk when I first arrived was strangely problematic due to the front desk person explaining as if they were saying it for the first time. It's [mostly] the same explanation over and over again for a conversation that's less than 1 minute.

Pros:

모노레일 겐초마에에서 내리면 백화점에서 버스정류장 쪽으로 돌아서 대각선 쪽에 바로 있어서 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다. 국제거리와도 가까워서 여기저기 돌아다니기 편해요. 중간에 누가 들어오는 건 별로라 개인적으로 투숙 중 객실 청소가 없는 부분도 좋았습니다.
방 크기는 혼자 쓰기에 딱 알맞았고, 관리하는 분들이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 다음에 오키나와 갈 일 생기면 또 들르고 싶네요.

Pros:

市中心位置離公車、單軌列車步行三分鐘內距離，去任何地方都方便，有洗衣機跟烘衣機，基本上回國不用再洗一堆衣服，連住四晚沒有清潔服務，但有足夠的毛巾浴巾可以自己洗去替換，堆積的垃圾拿去走廊垃圾桶丟。

Cons:

住二樓邊間，窗戶跟樓層隔音不太好，會聽到窗外小綠人的聲音以及三樓走路碰碰碰也聽得到，隔壁倒是沒有聽到吵雜聲，有電磁爐卻不提供鍋子，必須自備鍋具，只給陶瓷碗可以微波有給餐具，是怕住客把廚房炸掉吧，床很軟、枕頭塌，是最大缺點。

very good stay, a perfect place
Pros:

i liked the clever design of the apartment, all appliances and accessories. My stay there was very comfortable. Good location with walking distance to a park and a beach - a huge perk. Very close to bus terminal. And to many restaurants, stores and market.

Cons:

A small detail - it would be nice to have a bed side lamp, and maybe more side lights. Due to heat wave it was recommended to keep the curtains closed and it crated a sort of 'dark room' feel. Other than that -all good!

地理位置特别优越，紧靠国际通入口，离结心电车县厅前站也很近，各大旅行社一日游集结地点就在琉球百货前面blue seal冰淇淋店前，也很近，特别方便

屋里面积太小，有点闷，通风一般，作为双人床床太小

這次因為是獨旅而且沒有自駕所以選擇這家離單軌站和公車站都很近的飯店，交通部分是真的超級方便，附近三家超商都是走路5分內會到的距離。這次入住三晚，中間是不會打掃的（剛好我也不喜歡有人進來打掃），房間整體很乾淨，水壓很大（加分！），空間適合獨旅

非常適合獨旅或是不自駕的人！離單軌站、公車站和巴士總站都很近，對面的琉貿百貨樓下就有超市，國際通也是走路可以到的距離，但不在正國際通所以還滿安靜的！房間整體很乾淨，有小廚房可以自己買東西回去煮很方便

如果是兩個人的話空間會有點小（沒辦法同時打開兩個28寸行李箱）但是對於獨旅蠻剛好的！

很棒的住宿感受
Pros:

地理位置優，單軌電車，國際通入口，KKDAY一日遊集合點，東京巴士站牌（去瀨長島，DMM水族館）都在附近，走路10分鐘內。住宿內有洗衣機及烘乾機，微波爐，電磁爐（廚具餐具另租借，日幣1100,住幾天用幾天）,真的對我們想要自己煮的很方便。下次來沖繩還會再住這間！

Cons:

因為接近紅綠燈口，早上6點就會稍微聽到紅綠燈的鳥鳴聲，淺眠的人容易被吵醒。
