Pros:

住宿地點離國際通及車站很近，周邊就有三間便利商店，房間設備齊全，有冰箱、電磁爐、熱水壺及微波爐，廚具可以到管理室租借，人員也親切使用手機翻譯跟我們溝通。

Cons:

房間隔音不太好，能聽到馬路的綠燈的聲音，但還好我們睡眠品質不錯。

地點超棒！離單軌縣廳站跟旭橋站都很近，走路不用五分鐘還有巴士總站跟超商，超級方便！
有洗衣機跟烘衣機，冰箱是有冷凍的，第一天就去ＬＡＷＳＯＮ買了一堆冷凍甜點回來冰。

Having the washer and dryer inside my unit was a game changer for my trip. Zero noise at night.
Pros:

Having the washer and dryer inside my unit was the most significant factor for me when choosing this hotel. The hotel also provided washing detergent inside the unit as well (no coins or additional purchases needed). Utilizing the laundry machines every other day during my stay, I was able to bring half the amount of clothes for the trip and have room to bring more souvenirs back. I think I will have more trouble when booking a hotel in the future because this experience spoiled me.

Cons:

A bit nit-picking: I think the owner/employee at the front desk could improve by adding and practicing an English script when interacting with a newly arrived [English speaking] customer. My experience with the front desk when I first arrived was strangely problematic due to the front desk person explaining as if they were saying it for the first time. It's [mostly] the same explanation over and over again for a conversation that's less than 1 minute.

Pros:

모노레일 겐초마에에서 내리면 백화점에서 버스정류장 쪽으로 돌아서 대각선 쪽에 바로 있어서 접근성이 너무 좋았습니다. 국제거리와도 가까워서 여기저기 돌아다니기 편해요. 중간에 누가 들어오는 건 별로라 개인적으로 투숙 중 객실 청소가 없는 부분도 좋았습니다.
방 크기는 혼자 쓰기에 딱 알맞았고, 관리하는 분들이 굉장히 친절하십니다. 다음에 오키나와 갈 일 생기면 또 들르고 싶네요.
