Hospedagem péssima. Não recomendo!
Pros:

Somente a localização. Porém, não vale a hospedagem focando só na localização!

Cons:

Funcionária mal educada e grosseira. Roupas de cama e banho péssimas. Limpeza precária. Dificuldade de pegar e entregar a chave (distante da hospedagem). Cobrança de caução pelo uso da chave. Resumindo: tudo horrível!

Plusieurs points sont à revoir afin d’améliorer cette expérience.
Tout d’abord, les horaires de réception pour le check‑in et le check‑out (de 8 h à 10 h et de 17 h à 22 h) sont très contraignants et ne sont annoncés qu’une fois la réservation effectuée. N’étant pas disponible sur ce créneau pour le check‑out (je devais prendre l’avion), j’ai préféré abandonner ma caution de 30 € plutôt que de remettre les clés du logement.
La personne à l’accueil est très désagréable et ne fait preuve ni de sens de l’accueil ni d’empathie. On peut se demander pourquoi elle exerce ce métier.
Le logement en lui‑même est assez limité : présence d’une vis dépassant sur la porte d’entrée des parties communes (situation dangereuse avec un risque de blessure), absence totale d’isolation phonique entre les chambres (bruits constants de personnes entrant ou sortant à toute heure, télévision et conversations audibles — prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles).
De plus, un problème électrique est survenu : à 3 h du matin, la lumière de notre chambre s’est allumée alors que nous dormions. Cela semble coïncider avec l’arrivée d’autres occupants allumant la lumière des parties communes. Dès le deuxième jour, la porte de l’immeuble a été détériorée et ne pouvait plus être verrouillée ; des SDF utilisaient alors le hall comme dortoir (risques de sécurité et odeurs très désagréables).
Enfin, le combiné de douche de la salle d’eau est hors service, le matelas est inconfortable (mal de dos chaque matin), on constate de nombreuses traces sur les murs et plusieurs zones de peinture sont à reprendre.
Bien qu'annoncé sur l'annonce : absence de WIFI.
En bref : établissement à éviter.

First of all, there is a balcony, but smoking anything at all is not allowed. The deposit must be paid in cash — which is strange in the 21st century, when everyone pays by card. Moreover, there isn’t a single ATM nearby where you can withdraw money without a physical card. You’re not allowed to bring anyone over — excuse me, but I’m paying for the accommodation, so during the rental period it should be up to me to decide who I stay there with
