Direttore della struttura decisamente arrogante e sgarbato, del tutto inadeguato a gestire un attività commerciale. Abbiamo trovato il condizionatore guasto..pulizie camere e bagno mai effettuato..carta igienica e doccia sciampo monodose nonostante fosse un soggiorno di diversi giorni ...abbiamo trovato alcune blatte che passeggiavano sul pavimento...il residence che dista circa 500 metri dall'Hotel presso il quale si effettua il check-in e durante il nostro soggiorno il direttore un pomeriggio ha cambiato le chiavi dell'androne d'accesso alle camere senza preoccuparsi dei clienti. Tutto cio' ci ha costretto a restare sulle scale per ore in attesa di coinquilini del residence che fortunatamente da dentro ci hanno aperto. Viaggiamo tantissimo all'estero e non abbiamo mai avuto grosse pretese ma questa volta davvero un esperienza molto negativa che spero gli altri possano evitare di vivere in questa struttura.

Go somewhere else, for the same money you can get better, cleaner and more organized places to stay

Solid location, near a good cafe, mcdonalds and walking distance to the train station and the old town

Cons:

Owner was incredibly rude (lives up to the French stereotype) it was obivous he couldnt care less about his clients. I specifically wrote to them days before arrival, to see if early check in was possible (i offered to pay if needed), they said I could get a key in the AM even though check in is at 5PM.
When I arrived, the guy at reception (owner) straight up told me that isnt possible and he doesnt know who wrote it, and that he cant help me, no matter what they told me via messages, shich totally ruined my schedule since i had to come back to pick up the key in the evening.

After waking up the next day, i had at least 10 bites on me throughout my body, i closed the window the next night since it may have been mosquitoes.. same story. I don’t know if its bedbugs or spiders or something else, but its a real problem

Escale ok avant de prendre un vol pour revenir chez nous.

La situation tout au centre et facilité d’accès au tram 2 pour se rendre à l’aéroport.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la ciudad vieja y de la playa. Estudio cómodo para una persona, nuevo, luminoso y limpio.
Les pedí más sobrecillos de gel y los trajeron a tiempo.

Cons:

El checkin a las 17h00 es quizás demasiado tarde.
Y el checkout a las 10h30 es quizás demasiado pronto.
A tener en cuenta además que hay que hacerlo a un par de manzanas, en el hostal.
Por suerte en el Carrefour express te guardan la maleta por 5€.

Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum. Szybki dojazd z lotniska, blisko na plażę. Jak na dwie doby to dobry wybór ze względu na lokalizacje i cenę.

Cons:

Mała toaleta, ciężko było w niej funkcjonować. Brak szafy, wieszaka na ubrania. Według mnie pokój wymaga odświeżenia.

Дуже гарна локація. Трамвай з аеропорту зупиняється майже біля помешкання. Головна вулиця, близько до набережної, поруч магазини і кафе. Зручне ліжко, чиста постіль. Є невеличка кухонька з мікрохвильовкою і холодильником. У нас був балкон зі столиком і стільцями, з видом на головну вулицю. Залічничний вокзал в 10 хвилинах ходьби.

Cons:

Заселення не раніше 17ї години. Це мінус, але заради локаціі і такої ціни це можна пережити

Tres bonne situation, tres confortable
Pros:

A recommander les yeux fermés. Résidence très bien située. Appartement très propre et fonctionel. Bonne literie. Acceuil et remise des clé à partir de 17h dans un hotel à proximité, personel fort sympathique.

Cons:

impossible de récupérer les clés avant 17h, ce qui s'explique d'un point de vue logistique pour le personel mais qui nous a dérangé car nous n'avons pas pu poser nos sacs avant 17h.

La dirección que aparece en la reserva es diferente en donde hay que hacer el chek in /out, queda como a 5 cuadras.
No tienen horarios de hotel sino el que se le ocurrió al dueño.
