Dikkatli karar verin apartmanın asansörü odanın ortasına açılıyor ve size verilen asansör şifresinin sonraki misafirde değiştirileceğinin garantisi yok. Nevresimleri gerçekten çok kötüydü, sürekli yorgan nevresim içinden çıkıyordu. Yastıklar ve Yatak odasındaki yatak konforsuzdu. Diğer yorumlarda yazıldığı gibi yatağa dönüşen sofa aşırı konforsuzdu. Çocuklarınız için bir yatak tercihi olarak kullanmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum. Döndükçe gıcırdıyordu, çökmüştü, temizliği yetersizdi. Ana banyo yarım bir perdeyle kapatılmıştı, klozete oturursanız camdan karşı binadaki pencereyi görüyorsunuz. Tabii o da sizi görüyor. Banyo yaparken de aynı şekilde. Ebeveyn kullanımına uygun olan banyo ise tadilatta olduğu için kullanamadık.

Bardzo duży czysty apartament. Wygodne łóżka, działające grzejniki w lutym dzięki czemu można było szybko osuszyć mokre ubrania. Pełne wyposażenie kuchni i co ciekawe winda z bezpośrednim wyjściem do apartamentu. Idealny punkt wypadowy, wszystkie najwazniejsze atrakcje Rzymu w odległości max 30 min spacerem. 5 minut do Watykanu

Experiencia perfecta. Atención, comodidad y ubicación
Pros:

La atención de Umar fue inmejorable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones resultan muy cómodas y bien cuidadas, y sin duda lo más destacado es la excelente ubicación, que facilita el acceso a los principales puntos de interés.

Vynikající lokalita u Andělského mostu. Velké prostory. Dvě koupelny s prostornými sprchovými kouty a tři toalety. V okolí možnost nákupu i výborného stravování.

Cons:

Check-in byl bohužel možný jen ve 14 hodin. Teplá voda tekla jen někdy. Hodilo by se doplnit v koupelnách věšáky na ručníky.

Pros:

We were there for 7 days on Dec. 2025, in the first floor. Each floor is a different apartment.

The best thing was the location: it is very good, a mere 50 m from Sant'Angelo bridge. Also, there is a bus hub at the other end of the street were you can catch buses connecting to all of Rome.

The layout of the apt. is a bit quirky, but ok. It's relatively luminous and not noisy, despite having two restaurants just below. The lift opens directly into the apt. for which reason you need a code to use it. The double room is of normal size, not very large, and the living/dining room is large. On the other hand, the single "room" is more like a wide aisle corner than a room. The kitchen is modernish and well equiped but pretty small (the mokka didn't work on the induction stove even with the attachment).

There are three bathrooms, one has been recently renovated but the other two not so much. In the one for the double room, the shower head is attached parallel to the wall and you cannot turn it, so is pretty much unusable, we all had to shower in the other one.

In the living room there were a 3-seater sofa and a 1-seater sofa, even if the apt. can accomodate 6 people. Since we were using the 3-seater as a bed, there was only place for 1 person to sit comfortably, which is not ideal. Unless you want to sit on a dining chair or close the sofa-bed every morning.

Cons:

The worst part was that two older bathrooms had a smell of sewage coming out of them. They try to mask it with a lot of air fresheners, but after the first day, you notice it quite a lot. Specially when you enter the apt. after spending the day out.

The manager tells you that there are bins to throw out the garbage in the street around the corner (you cannot use the ones for the restaurants) but this is not true. We asked some police officer about it and he confirmed that there were not.

Pros:

We were in a great location and walking distance to key historical sites. Our apartment was clean, cosy and warm. The staff were very helpful and promptly made up the sofa bed for us when my husband was sick and we needed to sleep separately for a few nights. Staff were attentive and couldn’t have done more for us. I highly recommend this room and would stay here again.

Highly recommend! Great Place.
Pros:

Location is great especially if you intend to visit the Vatican area a lot! It’s also close to nearby attractions where you can walk, take the bus, or scooter. Property itself was also comfortable for our family of 4. Loved the privacy and safety.

Cons:

One of the toilets was a bit troublesome to flush but in the end it does.
