Cons:

Séjour extrêmement décevant dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles.
Nous avons payé environ CHF 3’000 pour une semaine, et la qualité était loin d’être au rendez-vous.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû changer de chambre à cause du bruit, rendant impossible le repos. Ensuite, plusieurs problèmes graves sont apparus : présence de fourmis dans la chambre, éléments rouillés, salle de bain mal entretenue avec joints sales, lavabo qui fuit et eau chaude inexistante après quelques minutes.
Le point le plus préoccupant reste la sécurité : la barrière de la terrasse est beaucoup trop basse, ce qui représente un réel danger de chute, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge (16 mois et 4 ans).
Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à plusieurs reprises pendant le séjour (au moins 4 fois), sans solution concrète.
Malgré cela, l’hôtel considère aujourd’hui notre plainte comme “infondée”, ce qui est totalement incompréhensible. À noter que Booking.com a, de son côté, reconnu la légitimité de notre réclamation.
Très décevant pour un établissement de ce standing. Nous ne recommandons pas

Great value. Breakfast was fabulous but restaurant needs more coffee machines and a separate hot water dispenser for tea
Pros:

Situated across from the beach. Breakfast was excellent. Chef cooked eggs to order and always has a stash of delicious warm crepes available. Beds very comfortable. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Ironing board and iron in room - a nice touch. Complimentary beverages in fridge on arrival was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

Room needs a revamp. Decor is dated and shelves in living area were shabby.

Het was een zalige vakantie. Perfect om op te laden. Ook lekker dichtbij het shoppingcentr.
Pros:

Hele leuke kamers, uitzicht op zee. Fijn om aan het zwembad te liggen alsook dicht op wandelafstand van de zee.

Great holiday with plenty of walks
Pros:

Near to promenade and restaurants etc and still very quiet especially at night. We had 2 bedroom apartment 1099 and suited all needs. Breakfast sufficient but wouldn’t like to have full board.

Cons:

Very little kitchen utensils if we ate in. Curtains hard to close in some rooms
