O Flat atende as exigências necessárias.
Bom ar condicionado, bom chuveiro, cama confortável, instrumentos de cozinha simples.
Atende ao que prometem.
Os donos da acomodação foram muito solícitos e educados, nos fazendo sentir acolhidos e confortáveis.

Cons:

Atende ao que o custo benefício sugere.
Já vamos a Olímpia a anos e nunca tivemos problema em ficar numa casa a mais ou menos uns 10 minutos do parque. Talvez seja a única questão que alguém estranhe.

O local é ótimo. Exatamente como nas fotos. Tudo bem novinho, local seguro, confortável, silencioso. Ótimas acomodações (chuveiro, cama, ar condicionado, piscina). Foram flexíveis, pedi alteração de horário de saída e me atenderam prontamente. Super recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

O que mais gostamos foi a limpeza tanto da casa quanto do ar condicionado.
Tudo muito organizado.

Cons:

Não gostei da acústica do imóvel pois, era possível escutar nitidamente a conversar da suíte de cima.
