Me senti enganado pelo Booking e pelo Hotel

A acomodação não oferece café da manhã e na reserva dizia que sim! Considero isso um engano ao cliente tanto por parte do Hotel como por parte do Booking! Se escolho um HOTEL é pq tem café da manhã, caso contrário com o mesmo valor pego um Airbnb muito mais novo. Como cliente Genius 3 gostaria de uma explicação, e alguma forma de compensação do Booking por terem me enganado com este anúncio.
