Cons:

The toilet is in the master bedroom. And my parents have to keep going into our room to use the toilet. It is really unpleasant and uncomfortable. And there was no lift. We had elderly. They find it hard to go up and down the stairs

Dreadful location and two flights of spiral staircases, totally unsuitable for anyone with suitcases

They could have told us that the location was in amongst an industrial area with truck stops, panel beaters etc. 15 mins from Lucerne by taxi to Lucerne

Check in was very easy and the room was very well presented. Someone put some effort into arranging the towels which is a nice touch.

Pros:

It was very well equipped, with amazing views on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a good location with an easy route into town using one bus.

Cons:

It was very hot, and the fan provided was very loud so we did struggle getting sleep.

Estancia agradable y con buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación, ideal, cerca de Lucerna y de Monte Pilatus. Está muy limpio y las camas son cómodas.

Cons:

El apartamento para 4 personas es pequeño. Sólo tiene un baño dentro de una de las habitaciones, la cocina y comedor son muy pequeños y no hay sofá ni televisión. Está en una zona industrial y no hay nada alrededor por lo que es necesario el coche para todo.

Es gab kein Frühstück.

Es wäre gut gewesen, wenn wenigstens die Möglichkeit gegeben wäre, dass man sich mal Essen warmmachen könnte.
