Que no pude ingresar a la hora porque no estaba preparada a la hora indicada del check in, luego al entrar la cama se rompió solo al sentarse, al parecer ya estaba rota, entendemos que fue un accidente no previsto, nos dieron otra habitación sin problema y fueron amables, solo que demoró mucho, pero en general todo bien.

no contaba con aire acondicionado, cables de lámparas del dormitorio principal rotas, la clave wifi no funcionaba, solo un ventilador en todo el apto. la recepción fue por parte de los guardias del edificio, teniendo que llamar el propietario para que indicara qué apto. me iban a asignar y luego de la entrega de llaves, había que contactarlo nuevamente para coordinar el pago. El precio que me confirmó booking, según el propietario, no era el indicado...teniendo la confirmación por parte de la app del precio. El apto. no cumplía con lo indicado en la app en términos de comodidades. Toda la comunicación con el propietario fué vía whatsapp y cuando lo llamé (mis wsp no fueron contestados en su momento) el propietario se mostró molesto y agresivo al indicarle todos los desperfectos encontrados según fotos que adjunté. Llevo años usando booking en todo el mundo y primera vez que en Chile me ocurre una situación tan surrealista.

Nada, no pude alojarme ya que cuando llegamos no había ninguna reservación y tampoco hubo respuesta por teléfono, me habló cuando yo ya me iba a mi ciudad en el avión. Pésimo servicio.
