No había plancha, a pesar de que señala que sí hay. Llegué al lugar y aún no me asignaban departamento, tuve que llamar y recién ahí me lo dieron junto a la clave. Además, pedí al administrador la plancha y jamás me contestó, al contrario el administrador me escribió a la una de la madrugada para pedirme la transferencia del departamento.

Cancelación unilateral mismo día del arribo

Que nos cancelaron la reserva el mismo día en que íbamos llegando a Santiago, igual booking nos recomendó un lugar al que pudimos llegar. La cancelación no fue una buena noticia al aterrizar el avión
