O lugar tem um potencial incrível , o Sr Rogério e Sr coelho são pessoas incríveis , quando chegamos achávamos que nossos dias seriam maravilhosos até conhecermos a Sra Josy, responsável pela estância , que fez do nosso fnds um inferno , uma mulher arrogante , insolente e prepotente , nos tratou mau , de uma forma grossa , como se estivéssemos de favor ali , não pretendo passar por isso novamente e não desejo que ninguém passe.

O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, mas quero destacar o atendimento diferenciado do "cozinheiro Coelho" ótima comida além de ser muito gentil.
A Vista do local é maravilhosa.

Cons:

Algumas partes externas precisam de manutenção, o que vai melhorar muito o visual da pousada.

Pros:

Nada, cheguei ao destino para me hospedar e aí chegar no portão, fui dispensada ali mesmo, cancelaram a minha reserva por eu e meu marido sermos os únicos hóspedes. Tipo: se vira e arrumem outra pousada

Pros:

Café da manhã era muito bom.
Todo o pessoal muito atencioso e o chef de cozinha sempre querendo saber precisávamos de mais alguma coisa. No dia que almoçamos na pousada, preparou o nosso almoço com muito capricho!
Localização próxima a Lindoia e Serra Negra.
