Pros:

Pros:

The room is very spacious and extremely comfortable—perfect for resting with a cup of tea while enjoying the beautiful view through the large windows. We especially appreciated the calm atmosphere.
The host’s hospitality really stood out: always polite, friendly, and ready to help whenever needed. The bathroom was spotless and generously sized, which made our stay even more comfortable.
There is also a shared kitchen where we prepared toast and coffee, and it was a great place to meet and chat with other guests.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already decided to come back when we return from Jingmai Mountain.

Very inexpensive well equipped comfortable rooms in a central location in Jing Hong.
Pros:

Very large comfortable room well equipped with comfortable beds, very good shower, good views. The hotel rooms are on the 6th floor of a condominium. Several good restaurants within a few metres of the hotel. Large screen TV with some channels with English subtitles.

Cons:

None of the staff spoke any English, but with online translator it was possible to communicate. Very few banks nearby where I could use a card to buy Yuan. Also very restricted internet communication.

Great value, helpful staff, amazing location
Pros:

Staff picked us up from the airport. The room was very luxurious and clean. The location was amazing. If you ask them they are happy to brew you some delicious tea. Everyone was helpful there.

Best choice in town
Pros:

Amazing lociation in middle of the town, close to a fun nightmarket. The room is big with outstanding view. The washing-machine in our room was a delight.

The owners are a big fans of tea, so you always have the chance to taste with them.

Pros:

I'm not used to hyperboles, but this may pretty much be the best place I've ever been, quality-price ratio. The building is cool, the room is huge, spotless, full of natural light and with a lovely view. The bathroom is great. And the location, wow, couldn't ask for more, just on the main square, close to everything I need, including the riverside to walk or run and a great night market that personally prefer nth times more than the famous one on the other side of the river. The host is amazing, always ready to help, he does a free pick-up from the airport or tran station, and can sell u the treat tea his uncle makes. Definitely a place I'll be nostalgic about :)

Incredible value, great location.
Pros:

This was the best value room we have ever stayed in. It was huge, the beds were comfortable, and there was a washing machine and laundry detergent which came in so handy for us. The room was so affordable. I communicated with a woman on WeChat she was very helpful. The location was great - across the river from the big night market which we liked because it was more local on this side. Also there was a smaller night market very near the hotel that we much preferred over the big one. It was less commercialized and touristy in the area of the hotel which we prefer. If you want something more commercialized and geared towards tourism, stay across the river.
