Place was good to stay. Facilities were no good no frying pan one cake of soap for three days no house cleaning.

Excelente ubicacióny servicio
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente. El personal es muy amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Muy cerca a sitios de interés turístico. Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables.

Cons:

La mejor habitación que tiene es muy ruidosa debido a los mapaches y el material del techo no ayuda mucho

Do NOT make the mistake of coming to this place!!

The rooms are extremely poorly maintained and in very bad condition. I wanted to leave immediately when I arrived, but they did not allow me to.

There was flooding in the hallway, hair on the bed, and the sofa and room had a terrible smell. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this place — it’s much better to go to a nearby hotel.

Not recommended at all !!

Incredible Value — Spacious, Comfortable, and Perfect Location
Pros:

This stay exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked perfectly, and overall the comfort level was excellent.

The location is fantastic — it’s hard to find something this well situated in San José for this price. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, which made a big difference.

Honestly, when I first booked it, the price seemed almost too good to be true. I was a bit skeptical — but it’s absolutely legitimate and worth it. For the quality, comfort, and location, you really can’t do much better. I highly recommend staying here.

Un piccolo giardino meraviglioso al centro della capitale
Pros:

Posizione di fronte ad uno dei musei della cittá, e a due minuti dal museo nazionale (eccezionale). Di fianco allo stabile dell'appartamento c'é un ottimo caffé che propone dei piatti del giorno buonissimi e con un ottimo prezzo e soprattutto due persone incantevoli. Ci sono due grandi supermercati sempre sulla via, ad un minuto dall'appartamento. Il giardino dell'edificio é semplicemente meraviglioso, dunque avere un piccolo balcone per ammirare la bellezza dei fiori, uccellini, e piante é molto bello. Il letto é comodo, lo spazio grande, é possibile lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-in se necessario (chiusi a chiave in un luogo sicuro). Attenzione: non é una cosa negativa ma una cosa a cui ci si abitua in Costa Rica, di notte potrebbero esserci animali che corrono/camminano sul tetto :-) e dunque si sentono.
