Pour nous il fait très chaud mais la climatisation très efficace.
Pros:

La piscine très bien,le service des gens qui font le service de nettoyage extérieur sont très gentils,la température idéal.

Cons:

L'enregistrement avec la personne qui était supposée être là pour m'aider qui m'a parfois presque menacé d'annuler ma réservation parque que j'avais des difficultées avec WhatApp service que je ne connaissais pas et que j'ai dû me familiariser assez rapidement mais au dire de mon interlocuteur pas assez vite à son goût .

Pros:

If you're coming to stay at this place, be aware that it is awesome. It has a great view of the swimming pool. A great view of the hills around the area. It has a great staff. The security is top notch. I can't Rave enough about the great service. The elevators are quick and prompt. The beds are super super comfy. They feel like you just melt away in the bed and I would also say the water pressure is excellent compared to other places that I've stayed. This one had everything working. It had a really chill vibe to it. I feel like if I can stay again I would definitely be coming back to this place

Cons:

There really isn't anything negative or cons unless you like hard beds, then this is not the place for you. If you don't like big screen TV and with a surround sound, this is not a place for you. Everything about this place screams, luxury screams, comfort screams. This is the place you want to come to for relaxation

Beautiful condo within a short walk to the beach. Must pay ALL CASH upon arrival.
Pros:

This is a beautifully decorated condo in a gated area near the beach. It was quiet, clean, and fully stocked with whatever one might need including a washer and dryer in the unit. The swimming pool was very large and clean and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for dinner. The wi-fi was fast and we had many choices for streaming on the tv. We also loved the rainfall shower.

Cons:

Per what our paperwork had said from booking.com we thought 50% of our fee had been charged to my credit card and we would pay cash for the remaining balance. As it turned out, they expected ALL CASH upon arrival so we were denied entry at the gate. We didn’t have enough cash, the banks were closed, and we couldn’t locate an ATM, so had to transfer some $ into PayPal and then pay the owner. It was a needless hassle that could have been avoided had we ever been contacted by the owner prior to our arriving at the property. He did apologize and try to make amends by offering us a second night for free but we already had arrangements elsewhere so didn’t take him up on it. Now that we know cash is required, we probably would stay there again as the condo and amenities were great.

Pros:

My man did a great job to make you feel at home. A lot of personal touches to give one a sense of one’s personal vacation home. The refrigerator was amazing! Beds were comfortable and bathrooms, spotless. Will recommend and will be coming back!

Fantastic sunny stay
Pros:

Everything was excellent. The condo has excellent decor, is very spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The appliances are great. The view’s from the terrace are beautiful. The pool is large. Front gate security staff is friendly. There is nothing to dislike. Grocery stores, restaurants, and bars are 8-10 minute walk away.

Luxury Condo Is Luxury for short Stay
Pros:

We loved the location and the proximity to the main street in Jaco. The TVs in the house are excellent when we didn't want to leave. The type of showers he chose to install were the best. The decor was nice.

Cons:

The kitchen didn't smell clean. A lot of the furniture hadn't been dusted in a while. The bed in the main bedroom was uncomfortable. Overall, the main complaint was the elevator. It stopped either on the 5th floor or the 2nd floor each time we used it. I had to use it because I have mobility issues.
