Pros:

Perfect location - close to the beach and to the main road/city center. Bus stop is just nearby. Very nice owner, very polite, cheerful staff. Room was quite spacious, very clean.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and in the perfect location

Cons:

The noise from the room next door to us prevented any sleep. Whilst I appreciate this is Ayia Napa, having no consideration for others from 5am-10amish wasnt great and there is no one site staff to report this too af the time of it happening.

The hotel was really nice, very clean, and in a good location

Cons:

The breakfast at €12 per person wasn’t really worth it, the food wasn’t of very high quality and the selection could have been better. The pool looked and felt dirty, with the water almost green. Also, the TV was barely working, probably due to poor signal
