Cold
Pros:

Location and size of apartment

Cons:

Cold , it is an old building, or they saved money when building… they gave heaters , but they didn’t support us . Don’t recommend for cold months. We decided to leave after one cold night, they didn’t return money for others days .

I arrived late afternoon for a funeral. The hotel appeared to be locked up and had to knock on the windows to get someones attention. The room was freezing but was told the heater was working. When i came back later at night it didn't work. Was so cold i had to sleep with layers of clothing. The people i was with were veryreluctant to leave me the balcony door didn'thave a lock on it , I booked this as it was advertised with a bar and swimming pool. As I was travelling alone I thought I'd be able to sit in the bar area in the evenings and sit by the pool with a book in the day. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 2 had to find alternative accommodation. I usually expect the worst but this way surpassed that.

Cons:

Видно что отель после косметического ремонта. Но если владелец будет внимательным к деталям, то его отель еще ему хорошо послужит. Например явно нужно поработать с электричкой, почистить кондиционеры, трассы в коробе и весь пожелтевший пластик заменить. Монтажную пену тоже нужно как то скрыть. Вроде заходишь, замечаешь новизно. Но есть вещи на которых нельзя экономить! И сантехника из числа, электрика тоже!

Der Ort war gut. Das Bad war neu gemacht.

Cons:

Wir waren zwei Tage im Dezember. Die Rezeption war, wie wenn es die Unterkunft gar nicht mehr gibt. Es war alles zusammen geräumt wie eine Abstellkammer. Erst nach einem Anruf, kam jemand. Die Wohnung war sehr kalt. Dank des Heizlüfters konnte man sich im Wohnzimmer aufhalten. Das Bett war leider unbequem und das Schlafzimmer sehr kalt.

Pros:

The employees were nice and friendly and tried to resolve the issues we had right away

Cons:

The photos looked sooo much better than it looks in real.
The drained smelled really bad , the heating did not work (after we told them we were given little heater )
The place definitely needs some (more) TLC

Great quiet apartment
