Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient if you are attending a concert at the nearby venue, and there is also a metro station within walking distance. The room is small but extremely well-designed and comfortable, with everything you might need. We traveled in February and the heating worked perfectly. There is also a vending machine downstairs, which is very useful since many shops in the city close in the evening. Everything has clearly been thoughtfully arranged!

Le 31 au réveil pas d'eau chaude, l'agence a été réactive mais apparemment c'est un problème courant connu. Pas mal de poussière.
