Heerlijke korte break, een heel fijn hotel, lekker eten en fijne omgeving

Weinig, hooguit de vele, iets van 80. ontbijt bezoekers voor een verjaardag waardoor het erg rumoerig was bij het 2 e ontbijt

Wer nur Wert auf viel Platz und eine gute Anbindung am See legt, ist hier richtig!
Pros:

Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lage für dieses Hotel entschieden und wurde in diesem Punkt nicht enttäuscht: Die Lage direkt am See ist wirklich traumhaft und lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am Haus gibt, was die Anreise sehr unkompliziert macht. Auch der sehr große Wohnbereich im Zimmer hat uns überrascht und bot viel Platz zum Ausbreiten.

Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war für uns leider dennoch eine komplette Enttäuschung. Es gab diverse Mängel, die den Aufenthalt für uns sehr unangenehm gemacht haben:
Service & Kommunikation:
Auf eine E-Mail von mir im Vorfeld wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Die Krönung war jedoch, dass uns bei der Anreise am Sonntag kurzfristig mitgeteilt wurde, dass kein Frühstück am Montag möglich sei. Für uns ein absolutes No-Go für ein Hotel mit Restaurant.
Sauberkeit:
Diese ließ massiv zu wünschen übrig. Ich bin nur kurz auf Socken durch die Wohnung gelaufen und meine Füße waren danach komplett voll mit weißen Hundehaaren – für mich ekelerregend!
Schlafkomfort & Lautstärke:
Die Matratzen waren extrem weich und verutschten, was bei mir am nächsten Morgen zu ordentlichen Rückenschmerzen geführt hat.
Zudem ist das Haus extrem hellhörig; man hört jeden einzelnen Schritt und die Waschmaschine aus der Wohneinheit darüber.
Privatsphäre:
Der hoteleigene Biergarten befindet sich direkt vor der Terrasse. Von Ruhe oder Privatsphäre kann hier keine Rede sein.
Da wir im Winter da waren möchte ich mir nicht ausmalen wie das erst im Sommer aussieht!
