Fuimos un grupo de amigos y todos estaban muy bien excepto el mío. Tenia baldosas rotas, el suelo estaba inclinado, éramos 4 personas y solo había tres sillas…Mis amigos que eran familias menos numerosas tenían apartamentos más grandes que el mío.

L'emplacement du bien

Cons:

Absence de parking gratuit alors qu'il est mentionné disponible, deux places pour tout le bâtiment et toujours pris

Le problème majeur est le parquet, un bruit de grincement horrible quand on pose le pied dans tous l'appartement

La réactivité de communication est super lente, j'avais posé plusieurs questions pour, certaines réponses super lente et pour d'autres pas de réponse

Im großen und Ganzen gut , war schon paar mal da, aber etwas vernachlässigt , gehört doch das ein oder andere erneuert .

Unangenehmer Putzmittel Geruch in der Wohnung .
Kein Salz und Pfeffer und nur drei Kaffeekapseln zu Verfügung gleichzeitig aber steht man solle Betten abziehen und Handtücher in Behälter für Schmutzwäsche tun . Dauer automatisch aus und angehender Dampfabzug plus Licht .. auch nachts - nervig . Für den Preis etwas … naja

Die Wohnung war sehr einladend, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, direkt im Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Beim Check-out war ich verpflichtet, die benutzten Handtücher selbst zur Waschküche zu bringen und auch die Bettwäsche abzuziehen und dorthin zu bringen (die sich im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes befindet).
Für den gezahlten Preis empfinde ich das als Teil der angebotenen Leistungen, nicht als Aufgabe für den Gast.
Es fühlte sich an, als müsste ich die Wohnung auf eigene Kosten für die nächsten Gäste vorbereiten.

Logement chaleureux mais manque de confort.
Pros:

Appartement chaleureux, accès à la résidence et à l'appartement directement via une application sur le smartphone, pas de clé ni code !
Le lit dans la chambre est confortable.

Cons:

Logement proposé comme ayant 2 chambres alors que non, il y a une seule chambre, le deuxième lit est le canapé dans le salon qui n'est pas du tout confortable et qui grince dès qu'on bouge en plus d'être tordu de partout.
On entends les voisins du dessus marcher. La lumière de la hotte s'allume toute seule dans la nuit à plusieurs reprises.
Compliqué pour se garer, normalement on est censé avoir une place mais un soir cette dernière était prise, obligé de se garer dans la rue, et le matin une autre voiture s'est garée derrière la notre (qui était du coup sur la place de parking du logement) nous bloquant...

Spartanisch ausgestattet und extrem unbequemes Schlafsofa
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, sofern man kein Auto dabei hat und keinen Parkplatz benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend in der Nähe vorhanden.

Das Schlafsofa war beschädigt und extrem unbequem.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist auf das Allernötigste beschränkt. Es war nur sehr wenig Geschirr vorhanden, nicht einmal ein Satz einheitliche Gläser für 4 Personen, obwohl die Wohnung für diese Anzahl vorgesehen ist. Wäre mehr Geschirr vorhanden, würde auch der Geschirrspüler Sinn ergeben. So wird er wahrscheinlich nie genutzt werden.

Die Abzugshaube über dem Herd ließ sich nicht bedienen, da die dazugehörige Fernbedienung defekt war.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig. Zum Haus selbst gehören nur 2 Parkplätze. Sind diese belegt, muss man sehr weit außerhalb parken oder das Parkhaus bezahlen.
