Bilder bei Booking.com waren ganz andere Wohnungen. Gebuchtes Wohnzimmer nicht vorhanden. Schlafsaal hätte es eher getroffen.

Die Schlüssel wurden nicht mir, sondern einer Mitreisenden übergebenEs gab eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Tassen, kaum Teller, wenig Besteck, Abwaschmittel, aber kein Handtuch
Tassen etc. wurden erst am 2.Tag nach meiner Beschwere aufgefüllt
Die Rezeption war nicht immer besetzt
Am Abreisetag, ist beim Öffnen der Schranktür, der Schrank gekippt

Das Hotel war insgesamt in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Mobiliar alt, Teppich im Zimmer verdreckt, Wände beschädigt, Bad schmutzig mit Kalkflecken. Fenster seit Jahren ungeputzt, überall Spinnweben und Silberfische. Küchenzeile unzureichend ausgestattet (kaum Geschirr, keine Gläser oder Tassen). Die versprochene Terrasse war nur über das Fenster erreichbar. Frühstück enttäuschend: aufgebackene Brötchen, Spiegelei nicht warmgehalten. Zudem Geräusche im Zimmer, die auf Mäuse oder Ratten hindeuteten. Für 100 € pro Nacht absolut nicht gerechtfertigt – nie wieder.

Der var utrolig klamt, klistrede håndtag alle steder, beskidte borde, klistret og beskidt service i køkkenet. Ingen viskestykker eller karklude til køkkenet - hvad har de regnet med, at man selv har det med? Og i øvrigt nærmest INGEN service i køkkenet, det lignede bare lidt, der var til overs fra et dødsbo. Derudover stod en af sengene ved siden af en masse haner og under en faldstamme fra toilettet ovenpå. Lampen på det ene værelse duede ikke og der var et åbent stik, så min søn på 14 fik stød!

No AC, but there was 2 fans available. Host does not answer to messages. On booking.com there was that tv available, yes there was a tv that did not work. On the rules there is that you have to clean before leaving.

This place was eerie from the front reception. It looked like a deserted house. Quite delapidated and out of maintenance. I did not check-in. I turned away when i saw how unheigenic the environment was. I had kids that were allergic to dust and moulds. I regretted paying 179 euros for this hotel. The hotel refused to refund my money back, even tnough i never checked in. The pictures are quite deceptive.
I strongly advise not to book. It is a case of false advertising, at best.

Mold on everything windows, kitchen area, shower room. Toilet was not fastened to the floor. Carpets dusty and smelly. Really run down place. As a workers room maybe.. but not family rent. Did not stay booked another apartment instead and had to drive hour or so to it. Canceled booking still no refund.

Firstly when we came in to the hotel the stuff of the hotel was too curious and he asked some questions that did not concern him . After he asked us to pay , when I paid for the hotel he knew that I have dogs and he asked me to pay for dogs only cash because he don’t have this transaction in the system. I told him that we don’t have cash at all . After that he told us that we can pay by card , he told me that the price for dog is 20 euro each ( I have 2 dogs ) . I paid him 40 euros. When I paid he told me that this price it’s only for one night . We asked him to give money back and we will change a hotel , he refused, so we paid for the dog for the rest time . He don’t gave me any bills , he don’t tell me before about the price . So we have no choice. The next day when we woke up , some one splash coffee on our car when it was parked near the hotel , we accepted it and just go to wash a car . On the last day we came to hotel with our friend, she should leave at 1:00 and don’t sleep there . So at 22:50 stuff of the hotel knocked in our room , he told us that guests are not aloud in hotel after 22:00 . We asked to show us the rule where it’s says about the guests , he told that this is the rule of all Germany. I told him again to show me the rule of it , and he told me that this is the rule of this hotel , I asked again and told him to show a paper with rules and I get a answer that this is his hotel and this is his rule . I steel was asking him about the rules and he told me that he will call police. I closed the door in front of him and told I’m waiting for police. After 10 minutes we decide to bring our friend back to home , so all of us went out and this guy was still there I asked him where is police and he told me that police can come in 1 minute . We started argue again about this he was lying again and again , as well he touched my husband which he can’t do , after he told that she can stay .
