Sauber super Toll, Smartphone vorausgesetzt
Pros:

Tolle Zimmer, super Lage, unkomplizierter CheckIn, wobei es etwas "stressig" wird, weil man immer darauf achten muss, dass der Akk des smartphone durchhält, bei unterwegs nur noch 10% wird man dann schon mal "nervös" - aber ist fast überall mittlerweile so.

Für den Preis in Ordnung. Etwas laut durch die Straße.
Pros:

Problemloser zutritt.
Dem Preis entsprechend.

Cons:

Kaffeautomat ohne Pads.
Im Schlafraum war der Rauchmelder demontiert.
Der Tisch war so wackelig das man dort nichts abstellen konnte. z.B Wasserglas oder Tasse.

Praktische, preiswerte und ruhige Unterkunft.

I can only recommend, really good money/value ratio.

In winter you can have dirt all over the floor as there is no good plave to put the shoes.

Pros:

Es ist absolut zweckmäßig. Betten waren wirklich ok. Das wichtigste ist für mich die Sauberkeit und das war gegeben. Küchenzeile auch praktisch. QR Zugang zum Zimmer kannte ich noch nicht- finde es nun aber toll! Der Netto 20Meter weiter war auch sehr praktisch. Ich hatte ein Zimmer direkt zur Hauptstraße- aber keinen Lärm von draußen wahr genommen!

Cons:

Es ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist kein Personal direkt vor Ort- aber ein IPad für Problemmeldung und bei Bedarf Ruck Zuck jemand direkt vor Ort.

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, Bett war bequem und das Zimmer war groß.

Cons:

Es hat Salz und Zucker gefehlt. Es ist doch Standard für ein Appartement.

Ok für eine Nacht. Für den Preis haben wir keinen Luxus erwartet, aber Sauberkeit schon.
Pros:

Die Buchung war super. Der Check-In per QR-Code-Scan und Code hat super geklappt. Alles war soweit wie beschrieben. Das Haus hat einen gewissen Charme.

Cons:

Leider war es nicht sauber. Der Boden war voller Haare und Haarbüschel und dreckabdrücke. Im Bett waren lauter dunkle Haare. Schade war, dass es kein Familienzimmer gibt, und man zwei getrennte Zimmer nehmen muss. Nachts war es furchtbar laut. Sowohl von der Straße her, als auch im Haus selbst. Die Ausstattung an Besteck usw. Ist sehr spärlich.

Das Zimmer Nr. 8 ist geräumig, und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Ich würde dieses Zimmer für die Sommerzeit nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nur 1 Minifenster, keine Klimaanlage, keine Lüftung im Badezimmer. Es gibt keine Luft im Zimmer, man schwitzt am Tag und in der Nacht. Sehr unangenehm.

Nähe zur U-Bahn und günstiges Parkhaus in der Nähe. Digitaler Check in, bzw. öffnen der Türen. Betten bequem.

Cons:

Handtücher und Bettwäsche war leider etwas dreckig und der Badezimmer Schrank beinhaltete noch Artikel von Vorbesitzern. Etwas warm im Zimmer.
