Sehr schönes neues Bad und sauber

Cons:

Es wäre toll, wenn eine kleine Kochplatte da wäre. Aber ein Stockwerk tiefer war eine Mikrowelle

Modernes Apartment im Altbau
Pros:

Unkomplizierte digitale Verständigung.
Im Hausflur digitaler Chat möglich.
Trotz an der Lage an der Hauptstraße sehr ruhig zum Innenhof liegendes Zimmer.
Moderne Einrichtung in einem Altbau und großes Bad.
Lebensmittelgeschäft direkt neben an.
Verwunderlich dass kein TV im Appartement vorhanden war, welches zur Auszeit von Medien / TV gut tut.

Für zwei Personen (2 Erw. / 1 Erw. +1 Kind) im Appartement 7 völlig ausreichend.

Cons:

Kaffeekapselmaschine und Mikrowelle zwar vorhanden, aber auf dem Flur (gemeinschaftliche Nutzung).

Parkplatzsituation (öffentliche Plätze muss man etwas suchen)

Ich würde dort nicht mehr übernachten.
Pros:

Der Zugang über den Link funktionierte sehr gut. Personal wurde nicht benötigt.

Cons:

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine in der Küche.
Die Wohnung roch nach Zigarettenrauch. Wahrscheinlich wurde früher geraucht und der Geruch steckt noch in der Wohnung.
Es war unheimlich hellhörig, wenn jemand ins Treppenhaus kam, dachte man, er steht in der Wohnung. Auch der Lärm von der vielbefahrenen Straße war deutlich hörbar!

Pros:

Schönes hohes, renoviertes Altbauzimmer mit Lage in Richtung ruhigem Hinterhof.
Die Unterkunft liegt 200m von der nächsten U-Bahnhaltestelle entfernt und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet (u. A. eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Spülbecken, Wasserkocher, mobiler Herdplatte und Kühlschrank).
Werde beim nächsten Besuch in Nürnberg / Fürth auf alle Fälle versuchen, wieder dort unterzukommen.

Cons:

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat:
• In der Küche wurde ein alter und nicht sauberer Schwamm zum Abwaschen hinterlassen. Ein neuer Schwamm kostet nur wenige Cent – es wäre deutlich angenehmer gewesen, einen frischen und sauberen Schwamm vorzufinden.
• Im Badezimmer standen Reinigungsmittel auf der Fensterbank. Das wirkt etwas unordentlich und ist für Gäste nicht besonders angenehm.
• Außerdem ist das Bild an der Wand nicht sehr ansprechend. Es wäre schöner, etwas Ruhigeres und Angenehmeres zu wählen, zum Beispiel Naturmotive wie der Starnberger See oder der Bodensee.

Ansonsten war alles sehr gut – vielen Dank!
