Pros:

The staff was very thorough and helpful. The room was clean, confortable.and had everything we needed. The location was very good in relation to the distance of the train station, a 5 minutes walk. .

Cons:

I was not very confortable with the people standing on the nearby streets, and would not walk by night

Pros:

Everything is great. The available paid garage parking is a short distance away. The entrance to the carpark is very tight but it is quite safe to leave the car there overnight. Location is great too

Groot appartement aardig personeel niet zo’n prettige locatie
Pros:

Zeer groot appartement, met wasmachine. Lekker groot bed. Airco kan je niet zelf instellen, gaat niet lager dan 22 graden en stopt vanzelf, dus na een tijdje wordt het weer bloedheet

Cons:

De locatie is niet echt prettig, veel zwervers en alcoholisten . En als je op het balkon zit wordt je al stoned van alleen de lucht

Un bellissimo appartamento a due passi dal centro
Pros:

L'appartamento è ben organizzato e spazioso. I locali sono ampi e completi di tutto. Eravamo in quattro e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura sembra ristrutturata da poco, molto pulita in tutti gli ambienti.
Piccole attenzioni come l'acqua, the, caffè a disposizione completano il tutto.
Si trova a 5 minuti a piedi da centro, attorno c'è tutto quello che serve a pochi passi. In appartamento c'è anche la lavatrice, lo stendibiancheria, il ferro e l'asse da stiro, un plus per chi pensa di rimanere un pò di più di un weekend.
Il personale è gentilissimo, le spiegazioni chiare e complete.
Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

The Hotel cum Apartment is in a fantastic location near the main train station..place is clean and comfortable..Lots of restaurants near by. A great location to stay in Munich
