Recommend for short visit
Pros:

Perfect location, 4 to 5 mins from main munich train station. surrounded with lots of food options.
Room was like Airbnb. loved the way room was set. small cozy and perfect for short stay.

Pros:

In-room washing machine was clutch, we felt renewed with clean laundry for our extended stay in Munich. Great location, super close to the train and bus stations!

We loved it at Arabest but we would probably choose a different location next time
Pros:

The property itself was wonderful and it was especially lovely having a washing machine. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

The location was in a bit of a dingy spot, however it was only a 3 minute walk to the main station that could take you anywhere. Or a 20 minute walk to the main town. If you get the train, you’re in the main town within 10 minutes so it wasn’t so bad

Totul... de la amplasarea locatiei ( 5 min de gara, 15 de centru pe jos, supermarket aproape, restaurante si cafenele in jur) si pana la curatenia din camere si dotarile acesteia... superb !!! Recomand cu drag acest apartament

Soluzione comoda per famiglie vicino al centro
Pros:

La posizione e la dotazione della camera (the, caffè, acqua, necessario per lavastoviglie e lavatrice, ecc.).

Cons:

Avevamo fatto richiesta di poter utilizzare il parcheggiò convenzionato. Avremmo apprezzato che in fase di prenotazione fossimo informati dell’altezza massima del parcheggio. e che per entrare con l’auto nell’area dell’hotel era necessario aver esposto un bollino ambientale. La nostra auto era troppo alta e abbiamo dovuto portarla in un parcheggio a mezz’ora di distanza. Abbiamo scoperto del bollino ambientale per caso e per fortuna i negozi dove lo vendevano erano aperti. Sebbene lo staff si sia prodigato per indicarci un nuovo parcheggio, crediamo che queste informazioni siano essenziali e vada informato il cliente già in fase di prenotazione.

Schön großes, gut eingerichtetes Apartment in 10 min Entfernung zum Hbf
Pros:

Das Appartement war geräumig. Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer waren mit AC ausgestattet, was ideal war, da wir München während der Hitzeperiode besuchten. Die Betten waren bequem. Kleine Küchenzeile, großer Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine waren gut. Sauberkeit und WLAN waren top. Gute Geräuschisolation, von vorhandenen Nachbarn oder dem Aufzug hörte man gar nichts. Vom Balkon ist man in die Nachbarschaft der anderen Balkons eingebunden mit Aussicht auf einen Hinterhof.
Auto kann man für 20€ pro Tag in öffentlicher (enger) Tiefgarage parken, die 5 min entfernt liegt. Parkticket bekommt man im Hotel.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich in Bahnhofsnähe, die umliegenden Geschäfte sind stark vom mittleren Osten geprägt, die Gegend kann sehr lebhaft sein.

Great stay that I booked last minute due to another cancellation. I feel like we got lucky with the amenities!
Pros:

Located a block from public transportation, the u4&u5 lines. Easy to access central station. Water, tea, coffee, cream, and sugar provided in the room. The air conditioning was appreciated during the heatwave! Staff was friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage as we explored a few more hours after checkout.

Cons:

I wish I could have taken this apartment with me to the other cities I visited!

Pros:

O tamanho do apartamento é muito bom. Ter máquina de lavar e varalzinho para estender roupas também. Apartamento com boa luz natural. Banheiro bom, com bidê.

Cons:

A localização quanto ao centro histórico é boa, mas a redondeza do bairro à noite te deixa meio inseguro.
