Wohnung an sich gut, jedoch Sauberkeitsproblem
Pros:

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen und an sich gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist praktisch. Die Fenster isolieren gut, sodass man die Straße fast nicht hört. Das Bett ist bequem. WLAN funktionierte ohne Probleme.
Der Check-In war simpel und problemlos.

Cons:

Leider war die Wohnung nicht besonders sauber. Zum einen hing ein leichter Rauchgeruch in der Wohnung, evtl. hat sich ein Vormieter nicht an das Rauchverbot gehalten. Zum anderen gab es staubige Nachtkästchen, einen klebriger Esstisch und einige schwarze Haare im Bett (lang und kurz). Die Wände sind voller Flecken und gehören dringend geweißelt. Es fehlt ein Abtropfgitter in der Küchenzeile und es gab keinen Pfeffer in der Mühle. Die Waschmaschine benötigt dem Geruch nach dringend mal einen Hygienespüler.

Top-Lage, 2 tolle Restaurants im Gebäude (Italienisch, Vietnamesisch), sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Reinigungspersonal -> haben mir unkompliziert einen Elektrofen besorgt, da es kalt war ).

Lage gut, Sauberkeit befriedigend, Zustand des Zimmers mangelhaft, Reklamationsverhalten ungenügend.

Die Lage nahe Stadtzentrum Rosenheim finden wir sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war noch o.k., im Bad gab es Wasserflecken an manchen Stellen/Armaturen. Aber ein einer Wand des Zimmers hat die Farbe Blasen gebildet und ist z.T. abgeblättert. Das sollte jedem, der das Bad betritt auffallen und dieser Mangel ist sicherlich nicht neu. Allerdings sollte man vorsichtig sein, wenn man ins Bad geht. Denn vor der Badtür hat sich an einer Stelle der Bodenbelag gelöst und ein Stück steht nach oben weg und ist somit eine Stolperfalle.
Direkt nach dem Aus-Checken am 26. Januar habe ich entsprechendes Feedback direkt an den Anbieter geschickt. Bis heute (13. Februar) gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Das finde ich besonders enttäuschend.
Fazit: bei einem früheren Aufenthalt in der gleichen Unterkunft in einem anderen Zimmer waren wir zufrieden. Dieses Mal sind wir absolut unzufrieden, werden keinen weiteren Aufenthalt in einer Limehome-Unterkunft mehr riskieren und auch Freunden und Bekannten davon abraten.
