Pros:

Proche gare et transports, emplacement top.

Infos reçues et très clair.

Appartement plutôt grand et très bien équipé.

Cons:

Peut-être la salle de bain un peu vieillotte, mais sinon ras :)

Pros:

Bei der Ausstattung wurde an wirklich viel wenn nicht alles gedacht. Der Check in und Check Out war super easy und komfortabel.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut was zum Schlafen nicht optimal ist. Die Dusche hatte schimmeligen Silikon und der Duschkopf war stark verkalkt und kurz vorm abbrechen. Die Türen in der Küche waren ziemlich schmutzig. Man konnte sich insgesamt einfach nicht so wirklich wohlfühlen. Für 1-2 Nächte alleine denke ich ist das Apartment eine gute Option.

Excellent value or money, clean self sufficient apartment
Pros:

Self sustained apartment, all the facilities you neat, heating, good bathroom.

Generally it is ok.
Pros:

The flat itself was absolutely acceptable. Parking at near is difficult but with little luck it is solvable. The washing/drying room at downstars is great, good and regularly cleaned machines !

Cons:

The cleaning of the apartman need to be improved. All the ventillation openings at kitchen and toilet were full of dust and dirt. The water-pressure at bath was very low (I have to mention that it was at the 6th floor!) The bed matrace should be changed for a new one that is used already.

Pros:

The apartment was really clean and it had everything what you may need for both shorter and longer stay. It is really close to the train station (but I didn't hear any), bus stops etc., also by foot you can get to Mannheim within 30minutes (or S-bahn within 5 :)). There are various shops and restaurants so you don't have to worry about anything.
The owner made sure I have everything I needed and the instructions to pick up/leave keys were easy to understand. Great stay, if I ever have to come back, I'll book this place.

Value for money and comfortable stay at a very convenient location.
Pros:

The location was very close to the tram and S-Bahn Station - 3 Min walk. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the apartment was warm.

Cons:

The heating was a bit noisy sometimes but the owner came promptly and gave us an electric heater.
