Mucha paz y tranquilidad, aire acondicionado full, electricidad, cocina, nevera, piscina, una sugerencia que tengas habitaciones con 2 camas 1 matrimonial y otra individual sera lo maximo, playa a 1 cuadra, todo cerca restaurantes, heladerias, etc.
Location: It’s conveniently close to the beach.
Bed: The bed was very comfortable, which helped us get some decent sleep despite everything else (apart from mosquitoes).
Bathroom: Clean, and one apartment had hot water. The other didn't.
WiFi: If you need reliable internet, stay away. The connection is provided by a 5G router located in one of the flats, and the signal is repeated via weak WiFi repeaters. It was so unstable that working from the flat was impossible.
Broken Window Nets: Something as simple as fixing the broken nets on the windows could have made a big difference. Instead, we had to deal with mosquitoes constantly. Living with them became a common thing.
Basic Supplies: For a 5-day stay with two people, we were given just one roll of toilet paper and a tiny bar of soap. The advertised amenities were misleading (no dish washer, no kitchen utensils, no bathroom items...). We had ONE fork, ONE plate, and two iron pans completely dirty and scratched WITHOUT holders. We had to improvise by using cardboard from the trash to hold the pans while cooking. Not exactly what we expected.
Cleanliness: While the bed and bathroom were clean, everything else was filthy. The kitchen was especially bad—drawers, plates, pans, and buckets were dirty, and we even found cockroaches. This isn’t just a climate issue; it’s clear that nobody has cleaned thoroughly in a while.
Power Outages: After moving rooms (since we needed a better WiFi signal), the second apartment had frequent power outages—sometimes every hour, and during midday, every 30 minutes. It was completely unreliable.
Host: While the person in charge was present and responsive, they didn’t do much beyond smiling and offering to move us to another room—which didn’t solve most of the issues. They seem aware of everything we reported, but don't really care.
Air Conditioner: In the second apartment we got, there was no way to adjust the temperature. It’s either fully on or completely off, with no middle ground.
Hot Water: One of the apartments didn’t have hot water, and through the window we heard other guests complaining about the same problem in other apartments. Wasn't an issue for us, but just a heads up.
The staff was very nice
Everything not clean ,stove don’t work,no hot water I went for 21 days they clean 9 days after that only time they clean wifi Service and Electricity always shutting down on and off sometime for hours
swimming pool at the property was great and the communication with the staff its good location its also good

The pillow sac was fine but the pillow itself was dirty and the water from the sink flowing down and the couch by the bed was dirty as hell
Change the couch and pillow and they need to check on the kitchen stuff what need to be replaced
