I moved from a rent apartment to this location thinking it was a hotel.
Pros:

Only the location modern and secure building

Cons:

Problems with the parking assignment and cleannles.

It's not for everyone, but overall rather good than bad.
Pros:

The location was quite good, next to the reliable E3 bus (connection Rio Coca with the old town) and the Airport transfer hub - Rio Coca bus station
It has a smart TV which I highly appreciate
Reception were helpful and nice.

Cons:

Reception only accepted cash - you need to pay ATM fee
The apartment was very very noisy. It has no soundproofing whatsoever all the traffic sounds like u are in the street. It's also very cold (no A/C either heating), 18 °C daytime, 7 °C at nighttime is the climate here, so it's not comfortable for everybody.
