The location is excellent. A couple of steps from the main street and surrounded by bars & restaurants.
The apartment is a generous size with separate bedroom and full of light in each room from large windows. No keys were required just codes.
We had an external apartment facing the street after initially booking an internal apartment. The double glazed windows reduced the sound to almost non existent. There are small balconies in each room. Air conditioning was great & the walk in shower had strong hot water pressure.
A bonus was the cleaners attended to the room each day supplying water, coffee capsules and small cakes. Our contact Carmen could not have been more helpful.
Overall a great apartment highly recommended.
It would have been good to have a toaster & jug.
We used the grill for toasting albeit slow and a saucepan for tea.

Spacious apartment. Everything we needed was there. Quiet area but only a ten minute walk to the cathedral and shops and restaurants.
La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el centro histórico de León. El apartamento es fantástico. Estaba muy limpio y organizado, una decoración moderna y elegante, muy bonito u agradable. Seguramente repetiremos el año que viene.
Como propuestas de mejora para que fuera totalmente perfecto:
- La cama, el colchón es demasiado duro, no se adapta al cuerpo y se hunde en el centro a lo largo de la noche.
- El baño, excesivamente pequeño y sin bidé para asearse después de usar WC, se puede solucionar con una tapa tipo baño japonés
Pero como he dicho repetiría sin dudarlo

We liked Everything!! Amazing views, a beautiful upscale unit, 2 beautiful decks, a very comfortable bed, Carmen has been amazing, professional, friendly and available.

Location was fabulous and very handy to everything we wanted to see in Leon. The only issue for us was the street noise which lasted not only all night but until 5.30am both nights of our stay.
The double glazing was good but when groups are singing and chanting outside your window - I think this applies to weekend nights only and a set of ear plugs would address this issue - otherwise, we loved it. Very modern, clean & comfortable and perfectly located to all attractions and the food and bar scene.
Would recommend but if you are a light sleeper, and staying over a weekend, bring ear plugs and you will be fine.
All great other than street noise.

We are currently staying in the Mauro Suites ( Atico room ), checking out today . Honestly, we don’t want to leave….this suite is spectacular. The location is perfect with easy access to the Basilica, restaurants and shops. The secure property is about a 4 minute walk to the closest underground parking facility. It’s quiet , comfortable and perfectly equipped with staff coming in daily to make the bed and replenish waters . Contactless reception, with access being done through their App. I have found their response time to be almost immediate and when I’ve needed to speak with a live person, Carmen has been wonderfully helpful. We would love to spend more time here and most definitely would rebook. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Ha sido realmente maravillosa la estancia, localización inmejorable, limpieza increíble, las amenities de los baños eran superiores. Desde luego, si vuelvo a León, tiene casi todas las opciones para que me vuelva a alojar allí.
Since my booked holiday apartment in Leon had to cancel at short notice, I needed new accommodation within 24 hours. Mauro Suites were a great help. They agreed to help me at short notice, and I was even able to check in before the normal check-in time, which was a huge advantage for me as a pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago. The apartment itself is modern and very comfortable. It has everything you need, even if you want to cook for yourself and, like me, have laundry to do. I felt very comfortable in the apartment on my rest day on the Camino.
The weather: pouring rainfall
Me encantaron las instalaciones, la domótica, la estética y decoración. La ubicación nos pareció excepcional. Todo estaba pensado con mucho gusto y el trato de forma telemática nos pareció muy rápido e útil.
Pusimos el cartel de que que nos limpiaran la habitación cuando vimos que estaban limpiando, pero no vinieron. Por lo tanto, no nos repusieron cosas que necesitábamos ni nos limpiaron. Consideramos que viendo el precio elevado que tiene la estancia, que menos que nos hubieran hecho la habitación y nos hubieran repuesto las botellas de agua o el papel higiénico.
