La posizione nella old Town

Cons:

Peccato il vialetto vicino che dava di fronte alla finestra della nostra camera, frequentato da ragazzi che alla sera schiamazzavano, il venerdì poi fino tarda sera.

Very nice apartment and excellent location.
Pros:

The apartment has a good size, only the bathroom is too small. It’s comfortable and clean and the location is perfect , right in the heart of the old town. Good mini markets and restaurants nearby.

Cons:

To open the main door to get into the complex you have to do it online, be aware to have your mobile device on. Also, there is no lift , just be aware in case you have a big luggage.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio en una buena ubicación para pasar 2-3 días en Marbella, en el casco histórico. La pequeña terraza es un plus para comer/cenar tranquilamente o simplemente relajarse.

Las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Únicamente la persiana no bajaba y entraba mucha luz desde muy temprano. El primer día lo comentamos en la recepción, nos dijeron que enviarían a alguien y nunca más se supo…

A pesar de estar 4 noches, no hubo pack de bienvenida ni cambio de toallas, tal y como prometían, incluso en el folleto que había en la habitación. Fue bastante lioso el acceso al apartamento. Muchísimo ruido hacia el patio interior, gente gritando y gente fumando. Baño excesivamente pequeño e incómodo.

Esta muy bien ubicado, a dos minutos andando del casco antiguo. Los servicios perfectos, había toallas (sin coste extra), sábanas extra para el sofá cama, almohadas y edredones.
