Приятная чистая квартира, но ремонт и все внутри Старое, но в хорошем состоянии.
Не кофе машинки.
Первый этаж, окна выходили на к лицу, слышимость , как будто все проходят через комнату.
Были небольшие разногласия , но администрация вовремя приняла правильное решение.

Location was great as was size of apartment.
It was pretty noisy. No difference between having windows open or closed in terms of noise.

Excellent location in a quiet area, but just 5 to 10 min walking distance from the restaurants and bars, supermakets , , storesk and cafes etc.
15-20 min away from the beach .
It had all the required facilities, altough a bit dated.
Air conditioning - exellent, especially on very hot days.
Midle week there was a flat cleaning and bedding ,towels changed. That was very welcomed.
I arrived late in the night and there was an issue accessing the link to the entry code. Altough the reception it's advertised as a 24h service, there was no one at the reception or answering the call around 22:30 -23:00 when I've called. The reception updated something on my reservation and the link become unavailable.
I've been inspired to take a screen shot before leaving my home in UK. Also, I got help from a couple leaving in the building with the room code (the display is electronic and you need to touch the little screen to make it visible. It is something you have to know or seen before to get an idea of how to use it. I haven't seen it before..)
The internet was very slow and interupting sometime in the evenings, depending on traffic.
The sofa bed was dated - you can feel the frame while sitting.. It was very uncofortable sitting on it, you have to stay right in the midle in between frame supports to be abel to use it.
Hot watter - run out very quickly. I washed my hair (I have a long hair) and by the end I've had to finish taking the shampoon off with cold water. Two people in that flat wold have struggle to ahve 2 showers one by another..
If the above will be fixed, this place would be 10/10 . It's well located, quiet place, clean, lovely staff that tries to accomodate everyone, nice, quirkly inside court , well decorated etc..

Inmejorable lugar para bajar y pasear. Lo que no tiene es porq no se puede. En cascos historicos imposible tener ambientes grandes. Lo unico dificil p mi fue subir y bajar los 3 pisos por eacalera. Pero me hago cargo. Siempre elijo dormir en lugares asi. Recomendable.

La ubicación, el sistema de llaves
Todo muy acorde al precio, la habitación estaba muy cómoda. Solo tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el agua caliente el día 1 y era porque estaba cortada la energía en el
Tablero y justo alimentaba el enchufe del termo.
Lo tuvimos que “descubrir” nosotros.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 8 notti. La camera piccola ma molto carina e comoda e disponeva di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Inoltre il Marbella Village si trova in una posizione strategica perché è vicinissimo a tantissimi localini, market
e a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia.
Ci ritornerei volentieri.
Non ho trovato nulla di negativo.
Location was excellent and staff were very nice. Rooftop terrace has great views over city too.
The bed was not comfortable and my room was next to a square outside that you can hear every conversation outside and the street cleaners start cleaning at 2am. Did not sleep a full night but not hotel’s fault!
