Pros:

La estancia en general ha sido agradable y el apartamento cumple para pasar unos días. El baño estaba bien y la ubicación es buena. También nos gustó el entorno de la zona y que el acceso fuera sencillo. El apartamento tenía lo necesario y hemos estado cómodos en líneas generales 😊

Cons:

En cuanto a aspectos a mejorar, las fotos no se corresponden del todo con el estado actual del apartamento. La litera se movía bastante y el colchón de la cama de matrimonio se hundía, lo que resultaba incómodo. Se echa en falta algún electrodoméstico básico como un horno. La mampara del baño podría mejorarse y la Smart TV no permitía usar aplicaciones como Netflix. La ventana de la terraza no cerraba bien, lo que puede ser un problema de seguridad. El fregadero resultaba algo incómodo de usar. Además, la piscina estaba cerrada por obras, lo cual fue una pena. Por último, el recinto en general se veía algo descuidado y encontramos suciedad (como lo que parecía orina de perro) en zonas comunes como ascensor y entrada

Pros:

This studio is well placed for both the town centre and the beach, both of which are around a 10 to 15 mins stroll. The block is surrounded by beautiful gardens. We didn't use the pool area as it was early in the season and too cold. Reasonable facilities for self catering..microwave & fridge freezer. The beds were comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely

Arroya del la meil and minerva studio
Pros:

The location is good for bars, restaurants and there is a local supermarket, which are all opposite the accommodations. The bus stops are a 2 mins walk where you can get a bus to the beach or to the main town. In the main town you will find the train station which takes you to either malaga/ airport or the other way to Fuengirola.
The main town of Arroyo del la meil, is a walk up a fairly steep hill or via a bus. It's a busy area full of shops, bars and restaurants.

The reception staff were mostly friendly and helpful.
The accommodation was adequate for a studio, it was clean and we had everything we needed but we did find the main bed very soft.
The view was nice, we over looked the garden and had partial sea view.
Lots of wardrobe space, washing machine and cleaning products available.
Towels were provided and toilet rolls which was great news if you arrive late.
I would give it an 8/10 as there could be some improvements.

Cons:

The main bed was very soft.
The shower head hung down as it was broken.
The shower cubicle was old and worn.
On a couple of days dogs barked at night.

Pros:

Estuvimos muy cómodos, las piscinas enormes y limpias, los socorristas súper agradables y simpáticos, que tenga un bar justo dentro de la zona de la piscina es una comodidad también. El apartamento era normal, sin grandes comodidades, pero tenía lo justo para estar a gusto.

Cons:

Debería de tener más menaje de cocina, los tornillos de la tapa de la cazuela se nos cayeron dentro de la cazuela al cocinar. El colchón necesita un cambio, está muy usado y está demasiado blando.

La piscina... 🥰 Las vistas daban al césped y la piscina se veía solo un poco de refilón, pero se veía la playa también de frente y eso relajaba... La terraza es pequeñita pero acogedora igual que todo. Super, bares y tiendas de regalos cerca muchas! Jamás hubiera imaginado como en un espacio tan pequeñito íbamos a estar tan bien. Genial. Volveremos.

Cons:

Solo por mejorar, echamos de menos al menos 1 trapo más de cocina porque solo había 1,.algún vaso grande para los cubatas y algunas pinzas de ropa más para el tendedero porque cuando hacía aire se podía volar la ropa y alguna quedaba sobrepuesta.
