Las Rocas Golf and Sea

Need more clothes hangers in wardrobes. Drains smelled in bathroom entire stay. Neighbourhood is full of dogs that bark from 6.30am so be prepared for an early wake up call. Shopping centre/ food/ bars are 25 mins walk. Taxi @ €4 from shopping centre. TV channels in spanish very few English, would recommend you plan evening entertainment. Room set up for 2 people - double room only, I had to make up the bed in second room for my stay so if your not a couple staying here let them know in your booking.

El trato por teléfono que nos dio una señora a la que llamamos y preguntamos cuál era la casa y como entrábamos. Nos dijo que llamáramos a otra señora y no nos facilitó el número y seguidamente nos colgó, insistimos y nos volvió a colgar. No fue hasta la tercera llamada que nos dijo que nos mandaría la información por WhatsApp (en inglés). Hasta que apareció otra señora y nos acompaño hasta la vivienda. Fueron momentos de incertidumbre bastante molestos.

Lo único fue que no pudimos disfrutar mucho de la piscina porque tuvo que hacerse un mantenimiento, pero la playa que está cerca en Caleta estaba espectacular. Pasamos unos días estupendos. Para repetir. El dueño fue muy atento en todo.

The furniture on the terrace is uncomfortable and tired and needs updating. I’ve mentioned this in previous reviews.

Was a bit warm without air conditioning but we didn’t stay long in the apartment during day time and at night we would leave the balcony door open for fresh air.

No English tv channels
The pool is closed and has been for around 10 months
It now has no water in it at all
The management company tried to tell me that it’s closed due to annual maintenance, this is a lie . It has been closed for months .i was at another apartment in December and it was closed then , the residents are having issues with the pool and it may well be much later in the year that it opens , yet this property is still being advertised as being able to use the pool .
The main shower room has an awful smell of sewage at times
The hot water is brown
The small outside toilet doesn’t flush very well so toilet tissue doesn’t flush away

Could have sorted internet a bit quicker. Provided an iron, but no board ?

The description of the property is misleading. It is listed as two beds and two bathrooms. There is only one full bathroom with a shower, there is a second toilet but this is on the terrace. Also, there is no dishwasher as listed.
The outdoor furniture in the terrace is old and uncomfortable, for a relatively small investment by the owners the terraces could be made very special.

No British TV channels,...on inventory it was stated that a dishwasher & coffee machine were there NOT there Infinity Pool..NO also pool closed for the last week of our stay supermarket,hairdresser & beautician 2k away (stated on site) soiled pillows (thankfully found 2 new ones) Terrace furniture extremely weather vworn. Washing machine overheated & started smoking when reported 2nd; manager turned up un announced on Saturday evening (1st manager in Italy on holiday!!) therefore had no laundry facilities for almost a week.....new machine being installed after we left property

Lack of air conditioning, there were a couple of very hot nights!
