Nice place but little sleep due to recycle bins near property.
Pros:

Cons:

We were right at the back of the complex and a road runs along the back.Unfortunately there are recycling bins on the road and right outside the bedroom window Unbelievable someone puts glass bottles in the bins throughout the night so we were woken up a lot putting a real damper on the holiday so naturally wouldn't return.

Dichtbij het strand, uitzicht op zee

Cons:

Tot diep in de nacht veel lawaai van de nabijgelegen cafés, bars en clubs. Dus slapen met het raam dicht of oordoppen in.

Brill place to stay, brill week.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Studio was a lot bigger than expected and had everything you could want in an apartment and was very clean, plus cleaners came in 3 times in a week even changing our beds on our last night. A chemist, money exchange with best rates.. and supermarket/shop literally next door. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep which ever way you choose to go. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

For anyone that likes a pool bar there isn't one although the apartments do have a cafe/bar on the front, and there is a little shop/supermarket where you can buy drink which is actually better and a bit cheaper next door. Again not a problem for us more for info for others there are about 12 steps up to reception and the pool off the front and more if in a studio...but this is prob unavoidable in lanzarote.

Cons:

Teuer, Nachts (3 mal bis 2h morgens bei 4 Übernachtungen) angetrunkene andere Gäste (zwischen 40 und 60 Jahre) mit Party am Pool und / oder Lärm im Haus, WIFI öfters mit Ausfällen, kein Aufzug trotz sehr hohem Zimmerpreis
