It’s perfectly situated half way on the strip between all the shops and restaurants directly across the road from the beach. The pool is a decent size and no holding of sunbeds allowed which I liked.

Cons:

There’s steps up to the complex which isn’t too bad then we had an apartment upstairs which was more steps to navigate other than that the place is perfect.

Cons:

We were above music & karaoke bars that didn’t stop the music until 4am.. far too noisey. Couldn’t sleep at night. That was the only factor that let the place down.

Fabulous gem in the heart of Puerto del Carmen.
Pros:

Loved how simple, clean and an excellent location.Helpful and friendly staff. Communication excellent from start to finish.Never a problem getting a sunbed. On the main strip of bars and restaurants. Also their bar and food was super, just a few steps down from the entrance to the apartments.
Just perfect.Thank you Rocas Blancas.
