Please note that after booking, guests may reserve the location of their accommodation by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. Please contact the property before your arrival; contact details are available on the booking confirmation.

The price includes bed linen, towels, 1 dish towel, 1 bath mat, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for internet browsing, checking e-mails and online research), as well as charges and taxes (except city tax and application fee). A higher-speed internet connection is available at an additional cost.

Guests also benefit from free access to the residence’s wellness facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna and cardio training room.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set by the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

A credit card pre-authorization (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, we recommend completing your registration via your Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance.

The best view and ski in ski out makes this all worth it.
Pros:

We have been to L'amara for 3 years and this year was the best by far. Excellent high floor department with beautiful views. Clean apartment and helpful reception staff. Ski passes were ready and skis easy to collect from Skiset. Bar was open every night and very smiley happy barman.

Cons:

The saunas were packed - I wonder if there is a better way to manage the busy time.

Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, réception à l’écoute et disponible.
Appartement très spacieux, propre et décoré avec goût.
Nous avons apprécié l’accès à la piscine et sauna.
Emplacement idéal avec parking en dessous de la résidence (très important dans une station piétonne)

Nice hotel but spa facilities should be available and working when paying for the premium residence.
Pros:

Hotel was nice, clean and spacious. Lovely views and ski in ski out. Good location.

Cons:

Have to pay 22 euro to use the hot tub, not included in the premium package. All of the indoor saunas were not working. Steam room doors had gaps in so steam would just leave the room. So pay a premium to use the spa facilities and the spa facilities are un satisfactory.
