Important information:

Please note that the main reception desk is located in the Les Temples du Soleil building. Reception opening hours are Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. During the winter season, reception is open Sunday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00. The residence is proudly certified **Green Key (Clef Verte)**, reflecting its commitment to sustainable tourism and environmentally responsible practices. Please note that cars are not allowed inside Val Thorens and it is mandatory for all visitors to use paid parking outside the resort during their stay.

After booking, guests may request a specific accommodations location by contacting the residence directly; preferences are subject to availability and incur an additional cost. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance using the contact details provided on your booking confirmation. Rates include accommodations, bed linen, bath linen (one large towel and one small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), a cleaning kit, final cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access for up to five devices, TV, as well as all taxes and fees (excluding tourist tax). For week stays of 7 nights or more, beds can be made upon arrival at an additional cost per person. For any invoice requests, the name used will be the one indicated on the reservation. If the total amount of the stay is not paid within the timeframe specified in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the booking and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges, and credit card is the only accepted method of payment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Great option in Val thorens
Pros:

I was really concerned booking this property because of the negative reviews however we had limited options as we were travelling with a dog. However, I was very pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with equipment (plates, cups, utensils, pots and pans etc) and the Internet worked well. The location is excellent. Ski in and ski out and between 2 different lifts (cairns and cascades). There is a well stocked supermarket across the street and the street is lined with restaurants. The sister restaurant, The Grange, was also delicious and the staff excellent. We also got a welcome kit for the dog, including poo bags, treats and 2 mats that came in very handy. It was a nice touch.

Cons:

Check in time is 5pm. That’s way too late, especially if you arrive in the morning. There is also nowhere really to wait while your apartment is getting ready. Additionally, the beds should already be made. You shouldn’t have to put the sheets on when you’ve waited so long to go in. The windows are also single pain. While the heating is excellent so it’s kept cold, the noise from the street is very loud at night.

Pros:

Unbeatable location, great size for 6 adults (8-person appt), decent kitchen facilites, truly ski-in/ski-out, nice receptionist

Cons:

The furniture and carpet were very rundown and scuffed up. Beds were lackluster. Poor ventilation in bathrooms. Ants always present (not many but there were always 2 or 3 within eyesight). To my fellow non-europeans, this is a DIY hotel - you make your own beds (put on sheets) and provide your own toilet paper (the business model makes sense but just a little shocked the first time)

Spacious clean apartment.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with a good living space and two bathrooms (only one toilet though!). Clean apartment. Easy access to the slopes.

Cons:

The beds weren't made on arrival. There was no loo roll or basics like salt and pepper. There were no good cooking utensils (no wooden spoons!).

Cons:

Arriving was chaotic as parking slightly away from building. Stopping outside for any length of time not permitted. Apartment a little shabby but comfortable enough.

Location was fabulous. True ski in and ski out. Kitchen well-equipped.

Cons:

Slightly dated in terms of decor and very cold in communal area. Also ski room.for pur apartment was on second floor instead of the 4th floor we were staying on. Not end of world I know but just tad anooying to go down to then go up! Also just 1 toilet!

Great for a family or group stay, excellent location, helpful staff, good value given that it needs some updates.
Pros:

Location, convenience of parking and ski equipment room, spacious, ski in/out, shopping in the building.

Cons:

The cleaning crew missed a lot especially in the kitchen, apartment and furniture could use some updates.
