The location was incredible. One of the best in Val Claret. The price was also great for Val Claret. I read the reviews and nearly cancelled, but honestly it was fine. The apartment is very basic, and the beds are not luxurious, but it is totally fine, it was adequately clean and comfortable.
Our apartment didn't have the best view, and not much light so request a good one! The bed wasn't good at being a sofa or a bed. The plugs were located at the weirdest places, e.g. we had to put the kettle on the floor! It's all a bit tired and dated. But I want to be clear: I had a great week: I was there to ski not to hang out in a shoe box sized apartment!

The description with regard to size is misleading, it is small (really sleeps 2 or 3 at a push) and accommodation was not very clean. Kitchenette next to useless.

Basically everything it’s a mess, the apartment is dirty and there are no basic things to live in, no toilet paper, no kitchen towels. Communication with the host it’s very difficult, they answer with 1 day delay. WiFi it’s not free, you have to pay, but never mentioned on the offer. At the end of the stay they take money from my deposit because I left dishes outside to dry, due to the fact they don’t have any towel to dry them. 200€ per day for this place it’s a scam, and they also pretend you to clean the apartment for them 😁😁

The location is the best! The staff is very kind and responsive, the lady on the reception helped us as much as she could.
It was cold winter nights and there was a terrible draft in the apartment and they had only very thin summer blankets to over. So we asked to provide us more of those blankets and finally ended up using tree blankets at the same time to just not catch cold at night. And it still was cold. The battery was hot but it didn't help much because of the draft.
