Important information:

Reception opening hours: 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.

The swimming pool is open from mid-June until mid-September.

For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. If guests don’t clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, extra fees will be charged.

Please note that when traveling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation.

For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Bon emplacement. Bon petit déjeuner

Très modeste. Tout est vieillot dans le studio. Rien n’est rénové. Ne mérite pas 3 étoiles mais 2.

Très bon accueil, logement très correct propre,très bien placé
Un petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner qui est correct mais pas très bien adapté à la clientèle qui pour la plupart des pensionnaires viennent pour faire du sport( ski randonnées …) il faudrait proposer plusieurs choix de pain ,complet pain sportif …plusieurs choix de protéines même s’il faut majorer le prix l’hôtel gagnerait en qualité
Ça serait bien aussi de mettre à la disposition un grill pain

Le balcon et l'emplacement, joli petit chemin pour aller à pied à Ax les Thermes, le parking

Cons:

Les stores étaient vieillissants, la cuisine et la chambre paraissent plus grandes sur les photos, l'eau chaude difficile à régler
