Perfect stay with stunning views.
Pros:

Stunning view, great facilities. Clean, comfy beds. Everything we needed for a restful stay. Smooth check in and excellent communications.

Wonderful views and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Wonderful location and views from the bay windows. We were mesmerised by the starling murmurations over the pier and could see them clearly every evening. The apartment was spacious and warm and the seating in the lounge was particularly comfortable. Having two ensuite bathrooms was an extra treat. Alison, the host was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Although the apartment was cleaned to a good standard, the floor in the main bathroom could have been cleaner. We have often received a small welcome pack of fresh bread, milk etc but it was absent here. No big deal but it is nice to receive a little something on arrival!

Delightful seafront stay
Pros:

The location is outstanding. On the promenade seafront and two minutes walk into town. Excellent views from the lounge and front bedroom

Perfect location and exceptional apartment.
Pros:

Although accessed the key from the lock box the owner met us with a warm welcome. The apartment is exceptional with modern furnishings. Being central to the prom and seafront, shops and all the amenities make it perfect with the added amazing view of the sea. We could walk to all we had planned to do from the front door.

Cons:

Take a tea towel and some washing up liquid if you intend to eat in but this is just a note not a complaint.

Sooooooo relaxing, will definitely be back
Pros:

The view of the sea was just wonderful. To hear the waves crashing in was very relaxing.
Bonus having two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Cons:

As per previous reviews the loo was a little loud but there is another loo so didn’t cause us any bother at all.

It was a lovely location and was clean.

Cons:

The WIFI was awful. I couldn't use any of my devices with it and had to use my mobile data.
Also the place was cold during the day.

Perfect seaside haven
Pros:

Beautiful apartment , clean , stylish and spacious.

The view from the living room and main bedroom were amazing !

Both bedrooms were ensuite which was a bonus and the kitchen was so good to have , local shops meant we could get food and eat at the apartment. there isn’t a hob but the microwave/ oven is enough.

The situation of the apartment is perfect , everything we needed was a distance very short walking distance. Supermarkets , cafes, gift shops and the sea!

This was a perfect stay, the weather doesn’t need to be sunny or warm, it is beautiful in all weather and all seasons and we will be back for sure .

Cons:

Nothing negative , the only potential issue for those that would rely on it was the WiFi signal was not stable but there are cafes where people to go to use WiFi if needed.

Clean, Quiet and Private.
Pros:

Very Helpful and Friendly Host, Quick Response to Email queries, Nice Clean Room, Liked the Private Parking which was closed up at night. Nice Position on the Prom and near the Centre of Town. Lovely Lounge with TV.

Nice location. Lovely view. Ensuite rooms

Cons:

No instructions for microwave/oven. No tea, coffee, milk or sugar. Washing up liquid but no cloth or sponge. Didn't know it was on the second floor. Carpet on stairs made it difficult to see steps.

Pros:

Comfortable, spotless apartment in a fantastic location on the prom. We enjoyed sitting in the bay window in the evening and popping out for a dip in the sea!

Cons:

Couldn't flush the toilet at night, very noisy!

Pros:

The apartment was just lovely, sitting at the window watching the sea in the evening was wonderful. Never used the TV. Found plenty of places to get takeaway food to enjoy. Didn't need anything else. Lovely places along the sea front to sit and eat and drink.

Cons:

Nothing really, just the bathroom in our bedroom had a smell of cigarettes.

Great views of the beach
Pros:

The location is great with a fantastic view over the promenade and sea. It's a short walk to the pier, town, bars and restaurants. The apartment is tastefully decorated and was very clean. Quiet at night and the beds were very comfy. Great to have an ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. Good communication from the host. We had a great stay here. I'd recommend it! Thanks!

Cons:

Only downside for us was the kitchen which would benefit from some more basic equipment. There isn't a hob/ oven and it was quite tricky to cook simple food. Some large bowls, serving spoons and a sieve/ colander would have been useful.

Great home away from home with stunning sea view.
Pros:

Great location with exceptional view of the promenade, beach and the sea, including dolphins, but even this is surpassed by our great host. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Bonus points for the free Wi-Fi which the description on Booking.com stated was not available ;-) Would come back any time. Thank you!

Cons:

Available annual holiday time - we would have liked to stay a lot longer :-)
