Great location, everything you need for your stay is either in the apartment or 3 min walk away couldn't falt it

Quite & Super clean
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy walk from the train station, very quite, super clean & comfortable, about a 10min walk to major sights.
We never saw any staff, all was keypad entry.

Cons:

No staff around & all tea bags broke open once in the cup.

Exceptional property , bear in mind parking costs however.
Pros:

I have stayed here before in the King'sman suite. I wanted the same apt but I didn't specify , so the apt was a lot smaller . That said, it was exceptional, as expected.

High spec and had everything we needed!

Cons:

Would have preferred a separate shower.

Parking is no longer discounted at the nearby NCP so at 40£ for 24 hrs worked out very expensive over 3 days.

Needs a bit of TLC
Pros:

Great location in nice area of York, nice decor, comfy bed.

Cons:

Unfortunately let down by a poorly kitted out kitchen (lack of utensils/crockery etc), a bathroom tap that was so wobbly it felt like it was going to come off, and a broken blind looking out onto the courtyard that meant a lack of privacy.

Pros:

Great central location in a very secure, gated complex. Apartment was clean, spacious and well-appointed.

Cons:

Bedroom was too bright at night as the street lights was directly outside the window and it only had white wooden venetian blinds.

The drainage from the shower into the bath was rubbish so you were ankle deep in water and had left the bath for a good 5 minutes before it drained. Also the control for the shower/bath was loose and needed replaced.

Clean, spacious and conveniently located in a quiet street.
Pros:

The Lawrence is clean and spacious with a seperate kitchen/living room and bedroom. It has everything you need in an apartment including a washer/dryer. It was conveniently located to transport and sites of York.

Cons:

I had not seen when booking that there was no lift. Our apartment was in the 2nd floor so we had to carry suitcases up and down.

Spotlessly clean, comfy and cosy. Motto is home from home and it sure was.

Cons:

Didn't factor in the car park fee of £40 for an overnight stay.... making trip a tad expensive
