Premises was basic and serviceable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Pros:

This place is adequate for very short-term stay. Didn't expect too much for the price, but a there was a clean and comfortable bed

Cons:

Amenities were old and some broken. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, floors were dusty.

Yes, you get what you pay for..but linen has to be clean.

Welcome from host, all communication prior, helpful on arrival, fair price.

Cons:

The bed linen was dirty, TV/remote didn't work (batteries damaged).

Nice on the most part
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. The double bed in chalet 19 feels like it may have been broken and a wooden slat or metal bar put across the width of the bed to secure it, I only slept 3 hours. The single bed was fine for my daughter and chalet 18 beds were good too.

Cons:

See above and would have like more sockets by the bed, but that's a minor concern.

Pleasant
Pros:

We were moved into the hotel which was an upgrade due to our chalet door being kicked in by someone before we got there.

Cons:

We collected our key for the chalets and when we got to the chalets saw the chalet door had been kicked in and one of the beds being slept in

Not again unless I had no sense of smell
Pros:

It was convenient for our needs

Cons:

Too long.. reception , bar closed on Saturday nights, loo brush stuck to its base with s***t , taken away on complaint but not replaced ,drains well , let’s say windows wide open , radiators in toilet on full despite warmest May in 20+ years.. so assume didn’t work, holes in wall , TV well I needed to re assemble wall Arial point every time we used it to get channels.
So apart from above it was perfect!!!!!!

Do not book this place
Pros:

Nothing. Staff are awful, rude and aggressive, totally unhelpful and literally start insulting you & swearing at you.

Never, ever use this hotel.

Cons:

I arrived late at night only to be told they were fully booked. I received my booking confirmation and the money was removed from my account. They said if you book through booking.com the website allows customers to book even after they’re full. They made no effort to contact me to tell me this before, and haven’t refunded my money. I was left with nowhere to go late at night in the middle of Clydebank. This error has ended up costing me an additional £100 and west park have completely ignored all communications from me since. They haven’t refunded me either. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE.

Memorable in all the worst possible ways.
Pros:

Leaving

Cons:

The first issue was the Chinese woman in my bed! They had given me the wrong key! When we did enter our room, the stink was what hit us first, before we noticed the dirt. The heat was unbearable but we climbed on a filthy chair to reach and open the bathroom window and we managed to defeat the mechanism for preventing opening the other windows wide. Management appears to have given up on maintenance several years ago - e.g. a cracked toilet, probably the source of the sewerage miasma permeating the rooms.
