Wee gem of a place
Pros:

The location was fantastic, communication excellent, free parking at the rear of the property, we booked only for 1 night but would happily return for a longer stay. No complaints whatsoever 😁

Great Location easy parking nice apartment clean and compatable close to the beach and other amenities very friendly landlady

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the netting across the veranda but its understandable that its there for people with you children to avoid falling over

Never again. We read the reviews and it was supposed to be nice but it was horrible
Pros:

It’s location was the only good thing about this property. It’s a shame as The landlady was such a nice lady but everything else was not.

Cons:

It was extremely filthy and dirty, we didn’t even unpack our bags or sleep in the bed!! I have more pictures but I can only upload 4

A pleasant stay for 1 night, typical of what you’d expect in Skegness.
Pros:

Fantastic location, right on the front, easy access to the beach.

Cons:

The property was a bit dated in decor, but this didn’t affect our staff. The balcony wasn’t great, netting up obstructing the view (potentially suicide betting) and spikes up high to hold it in place (a real hazard if you’re tall). Lower the tone of the place
