Nothing it’s worse And not clean
The room was unclean, and no fresh bed sheets or covers were provided. My room was next to the kitchen, so there were constant food smells and noise from people cooking. I was unable to rest or sleep peacefully throughout my stay. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would never stay here again
Location very close to the station and city centre
Broken window on arrival, 3 measly pillows on the bed was nothing like pictures and one of the 2 bath towels is stained with bleach
The window opens and when closed can’t hear anything
All the stairs
Convenient location
Parking
The staff were extremely helpful as I was unable to locate the place and I called them and they helped and also they called me again to make sure I’ve got into the room alright which was very kind of them.
The location was good as it was close to city centre and right near the station and next to a Tesco so didn’t need to walk miles.
The room was a good size and had loads of space
It was easy to get into and I was sent clear instructions on how to access the property and where to find the codes and keys.
I think there could’ve been plug sockets next to the bed. There was one on one side next to the lamp but wish there was one on both sides.
Not the hotels fault as such but I struggled to get hot water initially and then it got hot afterwards.
I think signposting outside could’ve been slightly more visible as I mentioned in the good comments that I struggled to locate the place but again staff were helpful :)
Wasn’t able to connect to the wifi, perhaps password could be sent via text or left in the room.
Other than that, wasn’t bad considering how much we paid for it and only stayed for one night so was pretty decent for a night’s stay.
The room had a cupboard with hangers for your belingings. I liked the fact there was a kettle and tea making facilities including a shared kitchen outside the room. There was a TV , a desk and chair to sit on and spacious arrangement of the room layout.
The bed sheets and covers looked old and worn out and with the bed being lower it felt uncomfortable. There was no ventilation to open a side or top window, they looked dirty from the outside so with me being asthmatic it would have been ideal to open a window.
Close to the city center
Niece service! Strongly recommended 👌
