We had a great time. Used the hot tub the entire time was already ready and toastie on arrival. Spacious lounge and lovely host. We will definitely stay again great value for money!
Nothing wish we booked more nights
Price was reasonable for number of people and kitchen was good.
There is no heating. The property has tiny electric heaters which don’t work and it was absolutely freezing in winter when we stayed. We had to sleep in our clothes and coats.
The hot tub was cold on arrival and we couldn’t use it. When I contacted them to let them know they told us it was warm when they left. That’s not helpful when the clients are telling you there is an issue now.
We had to pay a £500 damage deposit which would have been returned within a specified date as per their terms and conditions. I had to chase this to get it returned as they made no effort to return it themselves.

Great location, lots of rooms and space for the 12 people that travelled. plenty of glasses, plates mugs etc. good showers and facilities on each floor. easy to find and lots of bars and shops nearby.
Location was very central. The check in and out was very easy. It was perfect for a big group!
The house was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space in all rooms and main communal areas. The location was great, just a short walk from the shopping centre and to bars/restaurants. We had a slight issue with the main TV not working but the hosts were quick to respond and within the hour they had replaced it, which was brilliant.
We caught lucky with the weather so the terrace with the hot tub was a great addition to our stay. The hot tub was all set up clean and ready for when we arrived.
Would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to accommodate a large group in a central location.
Good amount of space for 17 women!
Full equipped kitchen for cooking, plenty of places to sleep.
Nice rooftop with hot tub, would be perfect in the good weather!
A little walk into the Center but not too far.
You can hear all noise on the street unfortunately, so took a little while to get to sleep!
Could do with a little tlc as some things where looking a little tired.

Middle floor heaters weren't warm enough (not obvious how to increase temperature and no instructions) . Rest of apartment was warm
Property was close to center. Comfortable bedrooms. Roof top with hot top was lovely
The lounge area was not big enough to comfortably seat the amount of people we had booked. Luckily we visited when we had a heatwave and the roof top was a god send

false information on the listing. was not cleaned when we arrived stains all over furniture floors was sticky worst of all there was sick in the dishwasher from the last party what no one cleaned and stuck the place out.
