Warm cozy and comfortable.
Nice clean and comfortable
Tap in bathroom sink stuck in
Property was very nice and clean and spacious.
Host is great and friendly 😊..we enjoyed our stay very much.
We also had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent 👌
No breakfast, however all mod cons to make our own if we had planned better.
Door lock into bathroom was a bit iffy and my son got locked in toilet. Not a big deal as I was outside to sort… if someone was alone it could have been a big problem. No one would know if they weren’t told so sure it’s sorted already.
Great place to stay for us as parents and one child (12Yrs). Good set-up and quite spacious. Very welcoming host, easy check-in and access. Warm and cosy. Good place to relax after our activities
Double bed not firm enough for us, maybe a very personal thing, but son slept better than ever in the single. Was very clean overall, except some areas of the wooden floor in the main area, though this would be picky
Brilliant place to stay convenient location lovely hosts very spacious accommodation with everything you need lovely and quiet
Homely , parking and kitchen facilities such hospital hosts
Just one night overnighted . Didn’t have opportunity to explore the pleasant village and the beach which was a small walk away . The restaurant attached looked very nice to
Large space with good facilities. Next door to pub which unfortunately was closed. Good base for exploring the area. Comfortable bed but sofa bed quite low.
Seating low sofa bed or bar stools not very comfortable. Steps down to toilet and up to shower. Space in this area quite tight.
Convenient for Seaham Beach. Clean and comfortable.Friendly property owner.
Parking was close.
There were renovations occurring in the rest of the property so there were tradesmen around and it just felt a little strange being the only guests.
Clean and spacious, adjacent to the pub that was temporarily closed for maintenance. Highly recommend The room. Lady looking after the room was friendly and accommodating and waiting for our arrival, would be even better When the inn reopens
Nothing
It was very spacious, clean, warm and comfortable! Kostas was very welcoming and friendly.
We had an amazing stay at the Albion the staff go over and above and even made us food when the kitchen was closed! Would defo stay again
Location what we wanted, 5 minutes walk to Ryhope beach, which was good as we were predominantly visiting Seaham to search for sea glass! Visited Ryhope beach on the first day as check in was from 3pm so we didn't waste the first day.
Room was attached to the pub, which was no bother as we had a private entrance at the side straight into the room, which was handy for packing and unpacking. No bother with parking right by the door either.
Room was a generous size with large breakfast bar down the one side, handy for meals, and laptop use.
Wifi was ok for general surfing although did kick you off if you didnt use it for a few minutes, easy enough to get reconnected.
Everything worked as expected, just the radiator in the bathroom was faulty, not really a massive problem.
There is a step inside the room that took you to the shower/toilet area, so maybe be mindful if anyone has a disability who might be visiting.
Never tried the restaurant although we did plan to, good reviews, food looked good etc, however, visiting the North of the country, me and my partner wanted to try a 'Parmo'. Ordered from a place in town, took 1.5hrs to come so was only luke warm unfortunately, but it was very nice. And HUGE. As it cost £45 for 3 meals, we didn't want to waste it and had the other half the following night (the night we were going to the restaurant).
Perfectly fine accommodation for us (2 adults & 8yr old), would be happy to book here again.
Nothing what I haven't already mentioned.
